Lottofy has been treating me like a fool for almost a year. On August 31, 2023, I registered and deposited money into this damn casino. I even won some small amounts – which turned out to be a trap to make me keep playing.
Then they demanded verification. A normal, standard procedure, I thought, so I uploaded my documents, including proof of address and source of income. That's when the trouble began. First, they rejected my documents, asking for a photo of my bank card (even though I deposited via Skrill and my bank card has nothing to do with this casino). I sent everything they needed, but for SIX MONTHS no one informed me about the status of my verification.
When I finally got around to dealing with this again on March 18, 2024, I tried to complete the verification. By this time, I had moved with my family to Portugal, and the casino used this as an excuse to hold onto my money. I explained to the casino representatives the reasons for the move and the specifics of the Portuguese bureaucracy, but it didn't help.
I uploaded all the necessary documents considering my new place of residence, and they still refused verification. This time, they wanted a statement confirming my current source of income, even though I had repeatedly sent them numerous documents proving I had and still have the funds for the deposit.
This story continues to this day: I send documents, and the casino finds reasons not to accept them. It gets absurd: I sent them a bunch of documents, including a photo of my bank card, a Skrill statement, and a statement from the Portuguese company where I work showing my full salary. In response, they requested proof of my address in Ireland, where I haven't lived for several months!
It feels like Lottofy has a whole department dedicated to coming up with excuses and ridiculous requirements just to avoid paying out winnings or returning deposits.

I am very sad that yoyocasino.com is treating its players so poorly and not giving me my winnings. For about 3 months, I have not been able to log into my account. Every time I try to log in, an error pops up. I have written to the support email dozens of times but have not received a single response.

In the live chat, they constantly promise that they will contact me via email, saying that I need to complete verification, but they have never sent any requirements for this verification. This is just mockery. How can you treat your customers like this?

Every time I write to support, I get the same response: "We will contact you by email soon." At some point, I thought that maybe they had the wrong email address. I clarified through the live chat, but they referred to player confidentiality and explained nothing. In general, everything is as usual: no explanations and some empty responses.

I cannot log into my account, I cannot withdraw my winnings, and the casino is not helping to resolve this situation. It feels like they just don't care about their customers. You can simply send the requirements needed for verification instead of giving those "promising" responses.

This is disrespect and complete disregard for the problems of their players. I am so tired of this. Return my winnings and stop this madness!

The reason for the account block is complete absurdity: how could I play poorly?

Good day or not! I want to share a review of several casinos - 21Casino and Reloadcasino. Initially, I played at both 21Casino and Reloadcasino, at first everything was fine, I even became a VIP client. BUT!!!!

As soon as they had the opportunity to withdraw a quarter of a million euros... Seems like a casino with a good reputation, but when it comes to large sums: THEY IMMEDIATELY BLOCK THE ACCOUNT CLAIMING YOU PLAY POORLY! ME, PLAYING POORLY OVER THE COURSE OF A YEAR? ARE YOU SERIOUS? They are both part of the White Hat Gaming group, they banned me in the entire group at once - they didn't let me withdraw my winnings, citing some verification, and then simply stopped responding to my messages.

Of course, I wrote to support, was ready to provide all my documents, bank statement, anything, if only they would respond to any of my messages. They tormented me for about three months and, OH GOD, they responded, asked for a statement of funds availability, which I promptly provided.

And what do you think happened next? THESE BASTARDS JUST CONTINUED TO IGNORE. And then on March 15, they sent a message saying THAT YOU PLAY POORLY AND WE WILL BLOCK YOU. And where is my money? They even took my deposits, which make up a large part of the confiscated amount, although I never refused to verify and provided them with everything they asked for. Return my funds, otherwise I will talk about this to everyone until the whole world knows about your greed!

It's not even a casino! It's just a den of scammers! Therefore, avoid the White Hat Gaming brand - they are scammers, they will take all your money and claim that it is your fault!
