The first deposit was on 10november, then on last thursday 19 they cancelled it saying that it is the banks provider fault and I ve done again the withdrawth. Totally 16 days. Yes I would like to file a complain, can you explain to me how?

Čekao sam neko vreme. Međutim, otkazao sam i ponovo zatražio povlačenje. Poslao sam poruku podršci i oni pretpostavljaju da su dani ponovo počeli da se broje. Moraću da sačekam još neko vreme. Reći ću opet nešto za 10 dana.
