Nažalost, propušteni ili izgubljeni depoziti počinju da muče više igrača nego inače, rekao bih.
Problem je što je vaš novac otišao sa vašeg računa, ali ga primalac još nije primio. Pretpostavljam da bi mogle biti uključene i neke posredničke banke, tako da kazino mora da se uveri da ste ispravno poslali novac, za to je neophodan izvod iz banke. Takva izjava je najverovatnije i deo KIC-a, čini mi se da ćete je izneti pre ili kasnije, bez obzira pod kojim okolnostima.
U svakom slučaju, uobičajeni proces je ovakav: treći provajder plaćanja u kazinu ili finansijsko odeljenje kazina istražuju problem i kada se novac pronađe, problem je rešen. Znam koliko glupo zvuči, poenta je da je u većini slučajeva potrebno čak i nedelju dana, posebno ako kazino ne upravlja direktno transakcijama.

Sadly, missed or lost deposits are beginning to trouble more players than usual, I'd say.
The problem is your money left your account, but at the same time, the recipient has not received it yet. I guess, some intermediary banks could be involved too, so the casino has to make sure you sent the money correctly, for that the bank statement is necessary. Such a statement is most likely also a part of the KYC, makes me think you are going to present it sooner or later, no matter under which circumstances.
Anyway, the usual process is like this: the casino's 3rd-party payment provider or the casino financial department investigates the issue, and once the money is found, the problem is solved. I know how stupid it sounds, the point is in most cases it takes even a week, especially if the casino doesn't handle the transactions directly.
I would appreciate any update you'll have. Hopefully, we're not gonna get to submitting a complaint🙏🤞
