You ned further explanations? You will have them. First of all I play to the greek N1 Thiefs who were using young girls calling me ecvery week to inform me about the promotions etc(I report this because they say we do not have support via call). Let me start from the result. I lost in this casino 14k in 1 week and they banned my account forever because I am addicted as they believe(hahahha) and they did this for my own good(2xhahaha). Initially, I just played a little bit to see how the games react. It was nothing special but ok I said why not as this casino has only slots no sports bets etc. on which I am not intersted at all. So, after the first 3 times because I was loogsing money and I pushed a little bit in case I get a good return, I lost 3k. Ok I said that could be just a bad section npo worries they will return back some money on the next sections(3xhhahaha). After this loss they suspended my account just temporarily to ask for my income and the sources of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was surprised and shocked and initally I did not want to provide such personal information but I just selcted some random answers in order to allow me continune using my account. During this incident I was trying to withdraw money and when I was depositing more to continue playing they were automatically being rejected!!!! This did not happen again, meaning I was able to have peding withdrawls and to deposit more money.

The next sections as you realise were worst than the one tha lost the 3k...no returns, no bonuses, or if you were getting the bonus rturns x3, x10, maximum x20.

The same time if I had a withdrawl of just few haundreds of euros like 300 or 400 euros, the VIP team was sending me congratulations for my winnings!!!!!!!!!!! LOL the same time that I was loosing 17k!!!!!!!

Finally because I overeacted when I was loosing this ammount and I sent them some nice words and I said that this experince has caused me only disatisfaction and there is no entertainment to this disgusting appauling experience they blocked my account forever and they kept insulting me that I am addicted!!!!!!!(4xhahahah)


In conclusion, another poor-scam casino that wants to steal money from the players and then accuse them that they are the bad guys. Furthermore, in Greece we have tax over 100 euro profit per section..!!!!!!!!!!! What does this mean? You play 1000 euro you loose. You play next time you win 1000 and they keep 180 tax!!!! Total:820 euros!!!!! + the percentage that the casino keeps : PLAYERS WILL ALWASY LOOSE THEIR MONEY - NOONE WINS !ONLY THE FUCKING THIEFS.

Laslty, I want to mention that I have playes to all Greek casinos and few international. Greek casinons are the biggest scam. Highest multiplier that I ever saw is 1500 and of course after I was loosing money. This applies also for all my friends and vides on the web. I have wager MILLIONS!!!!!! to all the onliune casino always only on slots and I never saw a max win even in game with 2000x 3000x. They only give max wins to peple that are playing 0.20 euros and of course becvause they have lost his money.


Therefore in my opinion playngo + greek casinos(especially the N1 thiefs) + in general slots is one of the biggest scams ever and the only time that you can see games giving a big win is only if you play with fake money or if y ou are a youtuber who streams slots so they can be advertised and to scam the people that they could win too.

Well, this picture makes me think you can't well control your emotions while playing, so this is a sign for the casino you may be a compulsive player - no Ha Ha Ha at all.

Based on the sum you said you deposited I understand the casino wanted to check your source of income. It happens when you keep depositing higher sums too often, if I may say. It also affects your ability to deposit or withdraw. Once you don't like this situation, I feel it would be better to leave the casino.

I won't comment about the calls, because I have nothing to add. I won't like that either. But it happens if you become VIP - a well-depositing player...

I do not think that you read my answer carefully and the "picture" that you are referring to it seems to me like you are trying to justify the casino. Because if you had read carefully my reply you would have realised that I am playing many years on online casinos, and I am playing only slots. So, my opinion matters and also if your "picture" was true, I should have the same issues with other casinos too. So the "picture" that you have it seems like you saw what you would like to see which is a little bit suspicious.

Also about their questions for the sources of the income you are trying to justify them again with no argument. It is disgusting to ask customers such things and they do not have any authority to do so. Goverments have their tax services to check these things.

Lastly, about the calls, this happened before starting playing more money so this is not an excuse again. I do not care to make a complaint. I just hope that the users will see my review and will not play to this casino. There are many other nice casinos that they RESPECT the customers and they RESPECT the money that customers play on their casinos.

I have better things to do. Slots should be fun. This casino made me to feel disgust for the games. And, yes you are defending them. I did a quick research in the forum and any reply that I saw from you was in the same mood. You always try to find something wrong in the customers replies. So I do not really think that you offer any help so just leave users to share their experiences and do not comment. Go work for their supports. It suits you better.

Igram u ovom kazinu 2 godine. Napravio sam 50+ depozita. Imam svoju karticu u Google Plai-u. U petak sam zbog slepila napravio grešku i pritisnuo karticu koja se završava na 2500 umesto na 0025. Ova kartica je nažalost otvorena za mog brata. Ali da pojasnim. Od oko 50 depozita u ovom kazinu, samo jednom sam napravio pogrešan depozit. I tu je negde počela moja drama iz N1 kazina. Pokušao sam u subotu da podignem 10.000 evra. Ukupno sam imao profit od 12000. Odmah su izbrisali sve moje dokumente koji su me identifikovali 2 godine i tražili od nadležnih da me ponovo identifikuju! I sve to zato što sam se usudio da tražim svoju zaradu. "Gospoda" me gnjave što me teraju da učitavam molim slušajte 3 puta moja dokumenta !!!!

A malopre su mi zatvorili nalog i poslali mi mejl da je profit izgubljen, odnosno 12000 jer sam samo jednom koristio pogrešnu karticu...

Pokušao sam preko ćaskanja da im objasnim šta se desilo, poslao sam im fotografije sa Gugl peja i zamolio ih da stave dobitak na karticu koju sam pogrešio. Zatvorili su mi čet i samo što me nisu psovali.

OVO JE N1 kazino momci. Ukrao mi je 12000 evra. Moja greška, usudio sam se da pobedim!!!!

Klonite se ovih prevaranata jer ako pobedite zaboravite novac!

PS Pre godinu dana, stoikiman, koja je ozbiljna kompanija, je odmah imao sličan incident i u isto vreme su mi stavili profit.

Govorimo o velikim prevarantima. Dali su mi 25 besplatnih okretaja i tu sam osvojio €3,10 koje sam odmah izgubio igrajući ih. Posle sati sam napravio depozit od 15 evra i dok sam igrao napravio 30 evra

Kada sam otišao da podignem ostavio mi je 9,70 jer piše da je ostao bonus!!!!!!!!

Ranije je u jednom od mojih podizanja od 200€ zaglavilo 10 dana i rekli su mi da je to greška moje banke. Konačno kao magijom posle mnogo dana oko 10 moj novac se vratio na račun i ponovo sam podigao

Veoma problematična je činjenica izostanka telefonske podrške (mora da je jedina u Grčkoj) i procedura za podnošenje žalbe. Ne dobijate potvrdu, a kamoli kopiju. Trenutno se borim da dobijem brojeve žalbi... jer je prošlo 25 dana, a nisam dobio njihove odgovore na njih.


Konačno, glavni problem n1casino.gr: nedostatak istorije transakcija - kretanje stanja preko vašeg naloga.
