Pišem ovu objavu da vidim da li još neko ima kritične greške koje ometaju plaćanje sa PlayID aplikacijom.
Imam ukupan saldo od oko 1.250 evra (450.000 forinti), a aplikacija je postala potpuno neupotrebljiva zbog uzastopnih sistemskih grešaka tokom poslednje dve nedelje.
Evo tačne situacije u kojoj sam trenutno zaglavljen:
Prvog kašnjenja od 11 dana: Moje povlačenje je bilo potpuno zaglavljeno u PlayID sistemu. Agenti za ćaskanje uživo su priznali da je to zbog velikog tehničkog/sistemskog problema sa njihove strane.
Najnoviji kvar danas: Nakon što je podrška navodno otklonila problem, pokrenuo sam isplatu u 3 rate u sredu, ali danas se ukupan iznos vratio na moj saldo. Agent uživo mi je savetovao da pokušam drugu metodu, pa sam pokušao da podignem manji iznos, oko 418 evra (150.000 forinti) putem Litecoin-a (LTC).
Aplikacija je odmah oduzela 418 evra sa mog stanja, čak i BEZ prikazivanja polja za unos moje LTC adrese novčanika.
Trenutno, PlayID drži mojih 418 evra u statusu „Na čekanju", ali je fizički nemoguće da transakcija prođe jer mi neispravan korisnički interfejs nikada nije dozvolio da navedem adresu odredišta! Agent za ćaskanje uživo mi je upravo rekao da će na kraju otkazati i da će se vratiti, ali u međuvremenu, moj novac je potpuno zaključan u fantomskoj transakciji.
Moje glavno pitanje zajednici i timu Casino Guru-a je: kako da zapravo i realno dobijem svoj novac sada? Koji je najbolji način da zaobiđem ove pokvarene automatizovane sisteme aplikacija i nateram njihov tim da bezbedno oslobodi moja sredstva? Da li je neko uspeo da uspešno reši ovakvu blokadu sa PlayID-om?
Bilo koji savet ili pomoć bi bili veoma cenjeni.

I am writing this post to see if anyone else is experiencing critical, payment-breaking bugs with the PlayID application.
I have a total balance of around €1,250 (450,000 HUF), and the application has become completely unusable due to consecutive system bugs over the last two weeks.
Here is the exact situation I am stuck in right now:
The initial 11-day delay: My withdrawal was completely stuck inside the PlayID system. The live chat agents admitted it was due to a massive technical/system update glitch on their side.
The latest failure today: After support allegedly cleared the glitch, I initiated a withdrawal in 3 installments on Wednesday but today the total amount bounced back to my balance again. The live agent advised me to try a different method, so I attempted to withdraw a smaller amount, around €418 (150,000 HUF) via Litecoin (LTC).
The app instantly deducted the €418 from my balance WITHOUT even showing the input field to enter my LTC Wallet Address.
Right now, PlayID is holding my €418 in "Pending" status, but it is physically impossible for the transaction to go through because the broken user interface never allowed me to provide a destination address! The live chat agent just told me it will eventually fail and bounce back, but in the meantime, my money is completely locked up in a ghost transaction.
My main question to the community and Casino Guru team is: how do I actually and realistically get my money now? What is the best way to bypass these broken automated app systems and force their team to safely release my funds? Has anyone managed to successfully resolve a deadlock like this with PlayID?
Any advice or help would be highly appreciated.
