Zdravo, i ja sam primetio vašu žalbu i iako razumem da verovatno očekujete hitnu intervenciju, bojim se da imam sasvim drugačije informacije... Kao što ćete verovatno saznati kada vaša žalba bude odobrena, moje kolege će intervenisati tek nakon što istekne početni period od 14 punih dana. Voleo bih da mogu da prenesem mnogo bolje vesti. Da budem iskren, kazino je zaradio svoju veoma lošu ocenu uglavnom zbog nepravednog pristupa koji je pokazan u ovom slučaju 👈
U osnovi, ostali igrači su isplaćeni, koliko ja mogu da vidim. Ovo je do sada jedina nerešena situacija. 🙁
Moje mišljenje je da je kazino jednom značajno zakazao, ignorisao je pravedno rešavanje jedne žalbe, ali ostali igrači su prilično „bezbedni" osim ako se ne dogode isti događaji.

As you are very likely about to find out once your complaint is approved, my colleagues will step in only after the initial period of 14 full days runs off. I wish I could carry far better news. To be honest, the casino has earned its very bad rating mainly because of the unfair approach demonstrated in this case 👈
Basically the other players have been paid out, as far as I can tell. This has been thus far the only unresolved situation. 🙁
My opinion is that the casino has significantly failed once, ignored fair resolution of a single complaint, yet the other players are quite "safe" unless the same occurrences are met.
