Poslao sam više imejlova takozvanom Imaocu licence i oni nisu odgovorili od marta ove godine.
Oni jednostavno odbijaju da daju detalje!
Ako se prijavim sa drugom imejl adresom na podršci kazina, odgovore, ali su veoma nejasni. Pitao sam o licenci i rekli su da su u procesu obnavljanja, ali daju isti automatski odgovor mesecima.
Ne razumem kako uopšte pristupaju mušterijama bez važeće licence za kockanje? Da li je ovo moguće (HOA)? Mi, mušterije, nemamo nikakve mogućnosti da raspravljamo ili da se suprotstavljamo njihovim odlukama... Bez jakih vlasti za kockanje, oni mogu da urade bilo šta protiv svojih mušterija, kao što su uradili sa mnom! Jednostavno su odbili da mi plate neizmireni iznos i izmišljaju lažne scenarije o zloupotrebi bonusa i povraćaju novca. Mislim da bi trebalo da se okupimo i napravimo peticiju protiv ove prevarantske organizacije. Ako pogledate na platformi Trustpilot, oni odgovaraju na moju recenziju sa lažnim tokom događaja koji se nisu dogodili!
I've sent multiple emails to so called license Holder and they didn't answer from March this year.
They simply refuse to give the details!
If I login with different email on the casino support they answer but very clueless, I've asked about license and they Said they are in process of renewal,but they give the same automatic answer for Months.
I don't understand how they even approach customers without a valid gambling license? HOA is this possible? We customers we don't have any options to debate or go against they're decisions... Without a strong gambling authorities they can do anything against they're customers,like they did with me! Simply refused to pay my raw balance and they Fabric fake scenarios about bonus abuse and refund. I think we should gather together and make a petition against this fraudulent organisation .if you look on Trustpilot platform they reply on my 1 start review with a fake course of events that didn't happen!
