For a very very long time I'm trying to explain here that the casino have a license and you're department says otherwise, but no proofs! That's getting a bit annoying because those proofs should be published, public

Those licenses apply to the owner or operator, rather than to the casino (which is usually just a list of web domains, not a real "legal subject") itself, which is the subject of registration.
I told you the validator is no longer present on the site. It makes sense; you can't verify. We are in touch with licensing authorities to verify those lists. Hence, we are certain at this point.
The license verification in most cases means my colleagues actually ask the license provider to confirm the registration for the casino, which includes the registered owner or operator.
I've sent more than 100 emails to licensing authority and they refused to answer, they sent 1 automatic reply and that was everything. Keep me updated about how is going.

On the mirror sites from 1Red they dont have a license validation and they operate under Febonara Empire srl. However the payments on these mirror sites still go to Bets Entertainment NV. They only do this to avoid regulation and still accept players from restricted geo’s. Really sketchy stuff! You could try contacting SMES N.V, who is the current director of Bets entertainment NV. The owner of SMES is Vivian Ersillia

Every time I go on chatt support and ask about license or my account they block my access,if somehow I'm lucky, they will keep me for 30+ waiting without saying anything and after they will close the chatt and block my ip
