Dva isplate još uvek nisu stigle, ali kazino jeste dao ATR brojeve, a takođe i UETR brojeve, što mi ne pomaže jer je moja banka rekla da ne mogu da pretražuju transakcije sa njihove strane, pa sam zaglavljen u neizvesnosti između njih dvoje.

The two withdrawals still havent arrived but the casino did provide the ATR numbers and also the UETR numbers too, doesn't help me as my bank said they are unable to search for the transactions their end so I am stuck in limbo between them both.
I asked if it is possible for the casino to reverse the withdrawal and then I will use a different method. I withdrew again after the two that still haven't arrived using a different bank account and it turned up fine.
