Exacto, de que estaba jugando en el celular y pum que se me apaga pq me quede sin pila , inmediatamente continue en mi laptop y al iniciar sesion o sorpresa el dinero no estaba completo solo habia $10 de $127 (recuerdo muy bien las cantidades porque justo por eso me apresure a prender la lap) al verificar lo que se podia( porque cabe aclarar que el casino no cuenta con historial de tus jugadas) o por lo menos no se lo proporcionan al cliente, como en todos los casinos online que conozco. Al solicitar asistencia solo me dieron el nombre del juego en que gaste casualmente los $127 (que ellos dicen fue en roulett noseque) y si el historial tampoco quieren dartelo ellos, ellos si pueden tener acceso y uno como usuario no, por lo menos todas trabas fueron aplicadas conmigo, y nunca me devolvieron nada y sostuvieron su mentira hasta al final, ya no quise seguir luchando por ese dinero que solo ellos saben porque no me pudieron devolver o solucionar aunque fuera para no ser exibidos o quedar bien con su cliente. En fin decepciono porque me agradaba pero no se puede seguir confiando si algo tan extraño y manejado de la manera mas arrogante sucedio aquella tarde.
