yes I had already sent in what they wanted when I registered on their site in March, but thought it was clear when no one replied that there was something missing?? at least that's what most other casinos do, I have to send duplicates of most things😩😡😡tomorrow it will be two weeks since I started requesting withdrawals and then they asked for a document since then it has continued, like every three days😡😡😡😡

Once some documents are missing the casino should inform the player. Alternatively, if those documents are uploaded directly from the casino's website, a player should check the status of each document from time to time. It depends on how the verification works technically, right?

Well, I have never played there, just said I hate to see players forced to provide the same documents over and over again - in general.

the casino does it on purpose... some casino have rules "documents are checked with 48 business hours" and if you they sent documents after 48 hours they demand another... and all in all it can take more then 2 weeks and it is in accordance with the regulations. It is not fair... but there is always excuse... KYC... i have this situation many times 🙂 In Poland one casino doing this every time... and you cannot prove them nothing because KYS is explain... but if this happen to often and start to be burdensome you can execuse you rights. How to do this? Sent this same documents but change their name and turn them around or move to left or right site... if they will accept this documents you can prove that they dont have reason for reject this documents early. Why? because this is the same documents that you already sent to them 😉

Yeah understand if their rating gets low. But still The owner of that company is a major curacao license holder famagousta bv. The reputation of The license holder is on The like here not 21bets. So The solution would be to contact famagousta and to discuss this further with Them, regarding a payout of my funds that are seriously delayed. I mean curacao license is not anything that should be illegaly used right
