I have managed to get on live chat and explained my withdrawal has been pending for nearly 40 hours. This was the response I got….


’sorry for the wait. I will ask the team to push the process so you can withdraw today’

i then said ‘so this will be actioned as successful today?’

with a response of ‘yes the team will process your withdrawal today’


Wonder how this one turns out, not holding much hope.

They are not even a licensed casino as they state on the website ! They say it’s with gambling commission - Curaçao eGaming ("CEG")

ABSOLUTE LIES

As the Operator was not notified, you are encouraged to resend your message directly to the Operator, as CEG shall not be able to assist you in this matter.


This concludes the communication in this matter, which CEG now considers closed.

Hi, according to what I saw on the site itself, this casino does not have a Curacao license but a Costa Rica license. That's why you got this answer. 

Regarding the license, we know that Costa Rica is not the best. 

However, I noticed that Stefan is trying to contact the casino and resolve the situation, so I wonder if it will be successful. 🤔

Hello … well I have plastered this all over Trustpilot !


Unless they send my money back into my account only the deposits I will do everything in my power to disrupt there day in day out scamming people!


I have sent 50+ emails and every one has been ignored!


If they are reading this they have literally 5h or I post more reviews online about them not having a licence or gambling body!

Need to pay me my £1600 deposits immediately!!!

all my withdraws have been rejected within 2 hours for like 10 times in the last 2 weeks, including this morning.


It really doesnt matter whether if its pending or rejected, if they wont send anything anyways..


Two players have gotten only deposits back(maybe).. I wonder the amounts. Also Guru has marked them as "solved". Did all the losing players also get their deposits back... Definetly not.. They shouldnt be marked as solved.

I've looked at the complaints and one is for another casino, and the one resolved for 7Bets was closed correctly. Kristina even asked if the player considered the complaint resolved because she only got refunds and she said that the casino kept their word and gave her what she wanted. So there was no other way to close this case. 

Anyway, I saw that you mentioned in your complaint that the casino told you that you should be able to withdraw tomorrow. So I'm curious and definitely give an update. 

I'll be eagerly waiting.

Is winmania a sister site ? I have just read a case like mine where the " forbidden game was added later . I have checked sister sites forbidden lists and the game I played is on none of these terms . I believe they added my game later . Anyone thorough enough to screen shot bonus terms ???

Hi, I saw that these casinos have the same owner, so they are related. Of course in such cases it would be good to have these terms to clearly prove that the game was added later. Do you happen to have something like that or not ?

Let me know if you were able to make a withdrawal or if the casino just said it would be possible but nothing like that happens. So far most of you have had rather negative experiences. But I would certainly be happy if that would change and a series of positive news would start.

I understand your frustration, but I think they will probably continue to ignore it, even if I would like to be wrong. 

As far as the license is concerned, they do have one, but Costa Rica licence, so it would not be quite correct to say that they don't have any. 

Anyway, I would like to believe that everything will be resolved, although I can't say for sure and the only thing left to do is to wait. 😥

Well they should fully say the gambling license who it is! As per their website they are listing the wrong one!

It looks bad - like they are trying to hide something!!
