Sećam se da sam jednom dobio nekih 10 evra, a onda sam dobio nekih 700 😀
Naravno da je bilo „zabavno" saznati da mogu da uložim 40 puta više, ali da dobijem samo 50 evra od toga.
Uopšte se ne isplati.

Pre otprilike 3 meseca, Amunra je nadogradila svoj veb-sajt i sve sportske opklade na čekanju pre nadogradnje sajta su nestale iz istorije mog naloga. Istog dana kada je nadogradnja završena i sajt je bio aktivan, otišao sam na ćaskanje uživo da se raspitam šta se desilo sa mojim opkladama na čekanju i rečeno mi je da će sve opklade na čekanju biti poništene i vraćene istog dana. To je bilo pre 3 meseca, a ja još uvek nisam primio ni dinar.
Šaljem im imejlove nedeljno i uključujem se u ćaskanje uživo da pitam za ažuriranje, a sve što dobijam zauzvrat je generički odgovor tipa „ovo pitanje je pokrenuto kod nadležnog odeljenja i biće razmotreno što je pre moguće".
I na sajtu Casino Guru, dostavio sam im snimak ekrana opklada koje sam, srećom, napravio pre nadogradnje Amunre, kao i pozadinsku priču o tome šta se dogodilo kako bi pokušali da budu posrednici između mene i Amunre. Kako bi odgovorili da će odbiti žalbu.
Nisam čak ni ispitivao koliko je loše sa tako renomiranog sajta

3 or so months ago Amunra upgraded their website and all pending sports bets before the site upgrade disappeared from my account history, the same day the upgrade was done and the site was live i went to the live chat to enquire what happened to my pending bets, and was told all the pending bets would be voided and refunded the same day. That was 3 months ago now and i still haven't received a cent.
I send them emails weekly and get on the live chat to ask for an update and all i get in return is a generic copy and paste response 'this issue has been raised with the relevant department and will be looked at as soon as possible'
And onto casino guru, I provided them the pending bets i luckily screenshot prior to amunra upgrading and also the backstory to what happened for them to try to be a mediator between myself and amunra. For them to reply back that they are going to reject the complaint.
Didn't even look into, how poor from such a reputable site
