Your account was blocked before you were requested to complete KYC or after you submitted your documents? In case the verification failed, I doubt they will open the account again

I find it strange the casino would ask you to open an account. More likely, your account is under verification now. If you pass it, you're entitled to withdrawal.

It's not normal for a casino to first block an account and then ask for verification, usually accounts are blocked if the verification fails. Like Radka said, if you already sent your documents just wait, it can take some weeks, if your account gets verified it should be reopened and withdrawal processed without major inconvenience and if the verification fails then the casino will let you know

I don't think it's a necessarily bad sign. They didn't like something about your account so they blocked it, but if you sent them everything they requested, there's still a chance they'll reopen it.

I remember that when I worked in a casino, some accounts were blocked automatically + documents requested for example when the account logged in from the same IP address as someone else already used in the casino. We didn't have to check this manually. It was all done automatically and if the player didn't send the documents, then it remained closed.
