I am waiting for 3 payments from October 30. However, my last successful withdrawal was on November 6.

So 2 out 3 withdrawls were canceled and they me to withdrawl it again. They told me it should be fixed by now. Did anyone hear the same???

Nothing has changed for me and these payments are still pending. And did they pay you the two canceled withdrawals?

From conversations with a VIP agent, I once received information that the funds were withdrawn by them - despite everything that their status in the casino is still: "we are checking", next time that they have a technical problem. 

So talking to them is pointless because you can't even find out what the real reason is why these payments are not being made.

This continuing debate suggests that the other might offer more insightful information than we do. I'm glad you took the time to submit the complaint; things surrounding the casino's processes are quite unclear, if I may say so.

I totally agree. Something is really wrong here! What Can we do to get our money. They just cancell my withdrawl and told me there are problems with bank transfer. They keep telling different storkes why i cant have my money

Hi, we can stick to the complaint and let the complaint mediator ask the casino for a detailed explanation once the initial information assessment has finished. In the meantime, please update the complaint regularly.

I imagine it is frustrating, but still, even the complaint needs its time to move forward.

No that i Got all my money i might PLAY there again. They have some games as monopoly which was hard for me to find online for players in Denmark. I believe that had some issues - but its all fixed now. Hopefully there wont be problems in the future.

I was too quick to assess the situation. I received an email informing me that my withdrawal had been successfully processed, but when I checked my account I did not receive any money.
