According to what I saw in your complaint, the casino wrote that the refund was made on the 17th of April and that it may take 14 banking days for the money to reach you. So I hope it won't be long.

it is incredible how they have stole my money and illegal holding them for more than 1 and a half months. My complaint is live since 10 of April and nothing has changed.

Well, you call it a scam, and I understand you are frustrated, yet as you just showed us, the complaint is still open, so here comes the answer. We simply cannot punish the casino before the investigation concludes and presents its findings. That's basically all. Please try to be patient. 🙏

Dobro jutro. Borim se već mesec dana da se obradi isplata. Nakon dve nedelje slanja dokumentacije, potpuno su verifikovali moj nalog. Zatražio sam isplatu, ali nikada nije stigla. Napisao sam lošu recenziju na Trustpilot-u, a sledećeg dana su me zamolili za nešto drugo kako bi verifikovali moj nalog: dokument koji dokazuje izvor mojih sredstava za poslednja tri meseca. Pre mesec dana sam podigao 400 nakon što sam se nedelju dana borio da prihvate selfi. Zatim sam se dve nedelje borio da prihvate dokaz o depozitu (uplatio sam putem Bitkoina, pa su me čak i zamolili da navedem svoje ime na depozitu...). Nakon toga, moj nalog je izgledao verifikovan. Ali nakon dve nedelje čekanja na povlačenje, tražili su mi dokaz o sredstvima. Kao što sam već rekao, nema šanse da će prihvatiti jedino što imam. Ne radim, a jedina sredstva koja sam primio su od Maratonbeta.
