No, you are just pushing other players, abusing us, or someone you believe to be a casino representative. Which you fail to prove. We all get your point, but your attitude and general approach are not to be tolerated.

It has nothing to do with an honest opinion. I'm sure you know that.

I will put your offensive tone out for a second. But perhaps you consider it takes quite some effort to review all casinos; hence, we are grateful for players who are capable of decent feedback or updates. I asked you politely earlier today to pass the information on. Yet, you seem to be more interested in making us look like villains for no reason.

I know what you mean when you say this license does not exist. But there is a way to register in order to provide gambling services, though I admit it is more of a product than a license. One way or another, this is hardly an excuse for your behavior.

This won't be tolerated. Stop offending Casino Guru now, or your account will be banned.

I hope we are clear. This is my final warning.

stop promoting scam casino i really trusted casino guru but u are just promoting and reviewing somthing that clearly is a scam the whole site is rigged never trust casino guru dont gamble u will never win

Just because you can find casinos on our site doesn't mean we promote them. Our goal is to provide players with information about casinos.

As for this particular one, it's fresh, so we just added it the other day and the safety index is 6.8. That's not something we've promoted. However, you can check some basic info like I mentioned before to decide if you want to play here or you'd rather avoid the casino. I think it's fair to have facts about casinos that aren't the best because if you do a little research before you go somewhere to play, you might find that it's pretty handy to have them here. 

Besides, do you have a problem with this casino at the moment too ?

I try to make a complain about betpanda.io but it doesn’t work. I ask on 13 november to close my account during gambling issues.. zero response and lost €170 euro in the meantime..file

I would ask you not to make unnecessary comments since you have not said anything sensible so far. I asked you what happened and you said nothing.

As for your problem, I'm sorry you couldn't close your account. Has the casino replied to your email or is it not communicating with you at all ?

Hi Jaro. While I try to click to make a complain or write a review. Both doesn’t work, that’s why I came here 🤷🏼‍♂️


i’ve ask it in chat, they told me to send a email, so I did. Zero response.. it will be fair if they pay me back the deposits I make since I ask to close my account cause if gambling issues.


but when I read everything about them and can’t find the ceo behind this organization, I think I can forget it.. I start to play on betpanda cause it has a 6.8 on casinoguru platform. But in the meantime everyone get scammed.. so I don’t understand why this casino still has a 6.8 on your platform.

Hi, I'm just checking your account and I don't see any restrictions there so it should work without any issues. Could you please try another web browser or possibly an anonymous (incognito) mode in your current browser? It might be related to your cookies in the browser or you possibly have something like a pop up windows blocker activated. Creating a complaint and submitting a review usually displays a form in a pop up window.

First of all, I warn you right at the beginning that similar attacks will no longer be tolerated and if you speak similarly there will be consequences. 

Secondly, I see that the safety index of this casino is 6.2 (below average) and also in the review it says: "License from a bad regulator" so I don't understand why you are angry and say that the review is paid when Costa Rica is a bad license and we have it written on the casino review as well. If you feel you would like to know more about the process by which casinos are rated you can do so here

Thirdly, it would certainly be more appropriate to write what your problem is with the casino and what is going on so that we have a chance to assess your situation and try to help you. If you come in here with posts like this and basically write nothing meaningful, it won't help you and it won't help us. So I ask you what is your problem in the casino ? Try to describe it and we will try to help.

It’s a rude message, but sorry to say this Jaro.. he speaks the true a little bit. I play at this casino after I see the casino has a good review from casino guru and been scammed as well.


6.8 is a good review. The casino deserve a 3 and a bad reputation at your platform.. I have a complain for this casino as well and Petronella is working on it. But it’s sad if you ask to close your account for gambling issues and the casino doesn’t answer your request.

I personally think that average doesn't mean it's a good review. But I see that everyone has a different opinion. 

However, if the casino does not address the complaints and receives black points, its index will go down. 

As for the complaint from you that is open against this casino, I see that you also have a problem with closing your account. It's certainly not nice or right for the casino to fail in such a case because it's a serious matter. However, I also see that Petronela has already replied to you, so if it would be possible, it would certainly be advisable to reply back to her here in order to shorten the time to resolve the complaint as much as possible. I firmly believe that you will succeed and close your account and everything will turn out well in the end. Update us if you have anything new.
