Yes, actually we can say are getting victimized by this casino. They are using many different techniques to make people addictive like hiring famous social media influencers creating social media groups adding them to the group. And a lot maybe my reaserch is inadequate if you can search about it you will find a lot just type bluechip scam over youtube you will only see the positive videos of their affiliates and some customers created about their experiences with this casino. Also they do not follow responsible gambling rules. If there is minus rating it will suit this casino please make innocent people aware of this scam

The way I see it, this casino (like some others) is currently having trouble with available payment options. I recently read what they replied to your review and they are telling you to open a new account with another currency, if they blocked your account just for this, then I'm 100% sure they will block you for having multiple accounts too 😆 how did you managed to complete verification? Last month I tried and it was impossible, they reported it was a bug on the payment method step, so decided today to reopen the account and try it, guess what? It, again, WAS IMPOSSIBLE to continue if you choose crypto as a payment option, they really made me waste 1 hour of my time, the trustpilot negative reviews are true: all these people with their withdrawals blocked used crypto, but there is no way to complete the payment method step because there is no way to prove your crypto transactions, therefore the verification is not completed and withdrawals will not be processed 😆😆 thank god I realized this before making any deposit 😆

The casino accepts crypto deposits but it's not possible to prove crypto transactions, since they are impossible to prove the payment method step during verification is also impossible to complete, meaning withdrawals will be blocked because KYC has not been completed. To complete that step they require a bank statement even if you used crypto to deposit, HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? The only way that could make sense is if you bought crypto through a centralized exchange with your card, and that transaction would be visible in the bank statement, that's the only possible case where it WOULD make sense, but what if you simply made the deposit with crypto you bought P2P with e-wallets, or that you simply had stored somewhere, maybe in some exchange or cold wallet and there is no bank transaction related to said funds? Ridiculous, laughable, how would a bank statement be useful if the transaction was CRYPTO, no FIAT? One month ago I reported verification was impossible to complete because the process is stuck at the payment method step so I closed my account, the casino lied and said it was a bug that was already solved, reopened the account, tried it today and NO, it's still impossible to complete verification, so closed the account once again. LONG STORY SHORT: it's impossible to complete verification if you choose crypto as your payment method, meaning you will NOT be able to withdraw, CHECK THEIR TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS. Steer away! file

Completely different to what other support agent told me, I don't know which one is right or not, on the payment method step during verification, it ask to provide a deposit method, if you choose any crypto and you try to continue with the process you will be stuck in that step, it doesn't let you continue, which causes the verification to be impossible

Usually the use of VPN is forbidden and will get your account blocked and funds confiscated! This is a normal term for almost all casinos, the extremely few ones that let you use VPN are anonymous ones that do not require KYC, this is not one. I don't remember seeing any VPN clause on their T&C, but if gambling is not legal in your jurisdiction you will be blocked even if your country is not in their restricted jurisdictions list, so be careful
