I was skeptical, still am about this place. I don't take any bonuses unless it's a NO PLAYTHROUGH deal. All my deposits are clean. I managed to come out $650 ahead on a $35 deposit during my very first visit. So I elected for the Bitcoin withdrawal. 3 weeks go by- and I log in, can't find a link for transaction history. That's because it doesn't exist. Seems like if they are hiding it, something shady is afoot. So I asked customer service via chat. You have to email someone and request a ledger of deposits and withdrawals. I did that. A week ago. No response. Hit up c customer service again, their response? "Just be patient I assure you you will have an answer in just a couple of days." Same answer to my query about the deposit. I think they are trying to beat Silveredge casino for length of time waiting for a payout. I can't even give a date for the withdrawal request as I don't have access to my history. 🤷

Thank you for sharing your concern with us, if I recall correctly few other players were also recently quite talkative about the same subject. Just found this complaint about delayed payment.

Whelp, they finally paid yesterday. So-over a month. No excuses, no fanfare, no notice, just showed up in my wallet. I guess it's better than not getting paid at all. 🤷

Wow all this negativity about this new casino. Let me tell you, these posts had me scared after the winning of 1300 USD in less than an hour of play with my 200 non bonused dollars. I was not impressed with the Terms and Conditions of the bonuses. I only like low or no playthrough bonuses, and bonuses that are less than 100% with all these contingencies attached are just not worth the time or effort involved. So I won the 1300 at BonusBlitz on Saturday, and here it is Thursday morning and my funds came through. I am not fond of crypto currency, and I didn't realize at first that you had to take your payout in crypto (Bitcoin). That was the only thing I didn't like about this experience. Either the fees or the value exchange affected my bottom line so that I am only seeing 1214 when all is said and done of the actual 1301 gross amount. It will be another week before the money transits from my crypto wallet to my bank account, so other than getting the funds transferred to your crypto account faster, I don't see the advantage of using crypto...there is a loss in value, still some fees charged (not exactly sure how much...but I have obviously netted $87 less in the exchange.) All this being said, I am still ahead over a thousand dollars for my less than an hour of playing time at BonusBlitz. For a first time payout, the fact that it's under a week is pretty impressive. My only negative is having to deal with crypto. I will only do so when forced to. I can see myself avoiding the crypto only casinos because I take no pleasure in the uncertainty of this currency.

Anyway, thanks for your contribution! From my experience, players are not very fond of praising good casinos, in general, sometimes it feels like we're handling a hatred festival here.

Here's my problem with bonus blitz I got a no deposit bonus I met all the way to requirements I requested to withdraw $50 I got an email saying that the withdrawal process takes 72 hours 5 days go by I get an email saying that I have to verify my account and I have 3 days to do so once receiving this email or the funds will be forfeited so I sent in all the documents that they want and on the very last day before the funds were forfeited thank God I got an email saying that and get your account has been verified and the payout process can start but it hasn't it's been over a week and when you go to the withdrawal part of the page and you go down to the payout request it shows that it's still only under the status requested it's not been viewed or processed and remember it's been about a week now and it stated that the process only takes 72 hours I sent in all the documents they wanted I did everything they asked in the amount of time they asked and I'm just trying to withdraw this 50 dollars to redeposited it with another bonus code to get some extra free spins and I don't know why they make it so hard to do so

I'd love to explain what causes the delay, but only the casino employee possesses the chance to explain.

As you probably found out in the complaint "this delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests."

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Hopefully, the casino will solve the issue sooner!
