I agree. From my point of view, this whole situation was handled pretty weirdly by the casino, it drew quite a picture. I doubt such an approach addresses players in a positive way 😀.

Zaista razumem kada kazinu nedostaje osoblja ili je na odmoru ili šta već 🙂

Ja zapravo nisam osoba koja je pod stresom zbog vremena čekanja, ali više od 2 nedelje je previše za mene lično. 🙂

Ako već uplatim u kazinu, onda barem očekujem podršku od kazina.

Važno mi je da odgovorite na moje brige što je pre moguće, inače se nećete osećati prijatno i mislim da nijedan igrač to ne želi 🙂

Ne kažem da je ovaj kazino loš i cenim što je predstavnik kazina odgovorio ovde, ali uz svo dužno poštovanje, zaista sam izgubio interesovanje za igranje ovde.

Samo bih zamolio kazino da ubuduće reaguje na igrače, inače će im štetiti i to zaista mislim dobro jer mislim da svako ima pravo da zarađuje sa svojim kazinom 🙂 ali naravno igrač (najvažniji deo ) ne možete zanemariti i ništa ne stoji na putu vašem uspehu. 🙂
