Worst experience ever!still trying to get my winnings deposited into my account(4 weeks now)even after it was fully verified.I deposited with visa bank deposit,Bitcoin and neosurf and had to prove all those deposits and those accounts with lisences,bills,screen shots,photo of me holding my car lisence and more!! I still can’t get it deposited into my account using any of those methods!so angry I’m sure they have stolen my identity information😡

I don’t understand why so many players complain about this when it is very CLEARLY written in the T&C when you sign up and agree to them. All reputable casinos have KYC in place, since it’s necessary from licensing. Verification is sometimes slow and some are picky about the documents but there are many casinos out there that don’t drag the process out. The best tip I have is that before you even start playing and depositing - get verified! That way if you do have a win and you want to do a withdrawal, you won’t have to wait for verification. That being said I play at a few places that because I’m already verified when I do a withdrawal it’s not a waiting game - it is instant – only a couple of hours max. I use MuchBetter so if I request a withdrawal and then go on live chat they will push it through for me and I will receive the funds on my MuchBetter account while on live chat. The length of time from there to my bank account is less than 24 hours.
