must be very inconvenient. You even submitted the complaint.

To me, it seems that some global payment issue is now affecting players from Greece. Several casinos are in delay with payments, and some of those admitted some issues with payment providers or payment methods. 🤔

Sadly, your issue fits the description. I assume that you have to wait like the others. As you acknowledged, we allow casinos 14 full days to proceed with the withdrawal.

If you receive a more detailed explanation or find out anything important, kindly let us know. I hope that the situation gets better soon.

As far as i know they have pass my issue to the relevant department and i m still waiting.

i m in daily contact with casino but nothing comes out yet.

my main concern is that every time i request a withdraw the same problem , even that my account is verified.


lets hope it will be solved soon.

Nikada u životu nisam ovo video ni u jednom kazinu.

Otvorio sam račun... Uplatio sam depozit bankovnim transferom. Kada sam otišao da podignem deo svog profita na moje zaprepašćenje, nije bilo dostupnog metoda za povlačenje!!

Razgovarao sam sa četom gde su mi rekli da moram da izvršim povlačenje putem istog metoda depozita, ali da nažalost nemaju bankovni transfer. Da biste podigli bilo koji dobitak, morali biste da izvršite depozit na drugi način. Za sada je to takozvana normalna situacija, mada već mislim da nije prihvatljivo!! ako imaju metod na raspolaganju za depozit, trebalo bi da ga imaju i za povlačenje!!!


Uplatio sam novi depozit preko JETON-a da bih konačno mogao da podignem deo svog profita. Šta se potom desilo? Bilo šta!!! Još uvek nisam imao ni jedan jedini način povlačenja na raspolaganju!!! 1 single!! ništa nije bilo moguće izvršiti bilo kakvu anketu bilo kojom metodom, jer još uvek nije bilo mogućnosti izbora!!

Ono što su mi rekli u ćaskanju je da će nadležno odeljenje proveriti mogućnost otvaranja ovog načina povlačenja, a do tada ću morati da čekam!!


Kazino koji vam neće dozvoliti da povučete profit, čak i ako je validacija na čekanju??? nema dostupnih metoda za povlačenje. kakva je ovo šala????


Miserable! Izgubio sam sav svoj novac i, naravno, zatvorio račun! Napomena nula!!!

To je smešan kazino kao i svi ostali sa sedištem u Curacao. Ja sam tamo 3 nedelje i njegove igre uopšte ne igraju, nisam napravio ni jedno povlačenje.

Bonusi su prevara, uvek vam daju uz depozit naravno i daju vam određene igre koje nikada ne igraju. Ako pobedite, daju vam samo iznos prometa. Odnosno ako je promet 25 evra i dobiješ 1000, oduzmu 975 i dobiješ 25.. Hahahaha

Pričaj o ludoj prevari.

Uopšteno o kletvi, ne znam da li brzo povlače jer ja nikad nisam. Ali način na koji ih sečem, po mom iskustvu, oni su prevaranti.
