Podnosim žalbu protiv kompanije Casinoin u vezi sa uklanjanjem 10.034 evra sa mog računa.
Nakon što sam pobedio i zatražio povlačenje novca, zatraženo mi je da dostavim kompletnu dokumentaciju za verifikaciju, koju sam i dostavio. Više od 10 dana, proces je tretiran kao normalna verifikacija.
Ni u jednom trenutku:
– da li je prikazana neka greška
– igranje je bilo prekinuto
– ili sam bio obavešten o bilo kakvom tehničkom problemu
Pored toga, podrška je eksplicitno potvrdila da mogu da nastavim da koristim sredstva i da igram normalno.
Nakon ovoga, moj balans je iznenada uklonjen. Kazino tvrdi da je u pitanju „tehnički kvar", ali nije pružio nikakav dokaz, nikakve logove niti potvrdu od dobavljača igre.
Oni se oslanjaju na opštu klauzulu i odbijaju dalju diskusiju.
Ovo nije prihvatljivo, posebno imajući u vidu da:
– sistem je funkcionisao normalno
– nije dato nikakvo upozorenje
– i igrač je delovao u dobroj veri
Molim:
– potpuni dokazi o navodnom kvaru
– i pravedno ponovno razmatranje ukinutih sredstava

After winning and requesting withdrawal, I was asked to provide full verification documents, which I submitted. For over 10 days, the process was treated as normal verification.
At no point:
– was any error shown
– was gameplay interrupted
– or was I informed of any technical issue
Additionally, support explicitly confirmed that I could continue using the funds and play normally.
After this, my balance was suddenly removed. The casino claims a "technical malfunction" but has provided no proof, no logs, and no confirmation from the game provider.
They rely on a general clause and refuse further discussion.
This is not acceptable, especially given that:
– the system functioned normally
– no warning was given
– and the player acted in good faith
I request:
– full evidence of the alleged malfunction
– and a fair reconsideration of the removed funds
