I am writing to file a complaint against casinoin.io, which is refusing to pay out my winnings despite me complying with all terms of use, except for a self-exclusion that I voluntarily activated for responsible gaming reasons.



The account where I hit the max win was created without any identity verification or checks, even though my previous account had an active self-restricted from playing for 1 month,just wanted to play again,why casino should care they want money


I deposited funds and played freely without being asked to verify my identity.


When I won the maximum payout, the casino refused to pay, citing the self-exclusion and breach of terms, despite not applying the same strictness when I made deposits.



I consider this practice unfair and inconsistent, as the casino accepted my money without verification but now refuses to pay my winnings for the same reason.


I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me claim my rightful winnings

Hi, so do I understand correctly that you had one account here that you self-excluded and then you opened another one from which you deposited and won max win? 

Do you know that the casino does not need to verify the player on the first deposit? Do you know that what you did, if I understand correctly, is a violation of the rules and the casino will not be obliged to refund your money or pay out your winnings? Why did you even think of creating another account thinking that you are entitled to winnings? 

If I misunderstood, I'd appreciate it if you could clarify.
