This casino is verry dangerous for the player for play live roullete,because if suddenly have problem with the connection internet,this casino 100% not pay your winning money.And than several time i complain for this problem,this casino blocked my account and than i make new account in this casino,when i loss,they still accept my deposit but when i want withdrawal for the winning money,this casino send me email and than this casino just refund back my deposit money without pay my winnig money,this casoo is bad casino and scam casino👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I mean, if you have issues with your internet connection and you try to bet let's say a number where the ball lands, but the bet isn't accepted because your connection is interrupted, then the casino can't pay out the winnings. This can happen from time to time to live casino players.

It's forbidden in most of casinos to create multiple accounts so you breached their terms and conditions. They didn't say anything, because they didn't know you have more accounts. But once you asked for the withdrawal, they checked your account for the first time and then realized you already have one. It's a standard process.

U not understand,casoo block my account because i was complain if they do cheat when i wager at live roullete and than because casoo block my account so i open the new account,the problem is why casoo kept me play with new account when i loss? For the connection internet,for me when i play at kimvegas and i got it the same problem with casoo,but when im winning for my wager at kimvegas,kimvegas pay all full my wager

I understand it very well. The casino closed your account, maybe they closed it for a reason that isn't fair according to you - that can happen and you could complain against the casino because of this. But when you opened a new account (because they closed your first account), you breached their terms and conditions. In that case, they have rightful reason to close the 2nd account.

Just because they closed your first account for any reason, you can't fix it by opening a new one.

I have had an unpleasant experience with Casoo casino too.

My winnings of $500 were not paid due unfair rules and false accusations.

I played "Summer Holiday" game with minimum bet of $1 .

They claimed I bet $20 while still wagering and on bonus.

I was certain I never bet $20 , simply cause I can't afford to, they even sent me screen shots of my high bets ! still I was not convinced.

Finally , I realized that maximum bet on above slot is $10 maximum ( not $20 ) unlike what they alleged, plus the history of my playing on that particular day disappeared one day later. They were happy to accuse me of frustration, they were even more twisted while announcing there final decision , no payments, do what you wish, complain to Casino Guru or any other casino body.

I believe you should actually submit a complaint regarding this. If they didn't change your gaming history, then they won't be afraid to share it with us in order to prove you're wrong.

I just don't understand why would they did this for $500? That's strange...

I did complain, the first casino mediator explained that Casoo Casino refused to negotiate since a Manager's account was not granted to Casoo, the second mediator rejected my complain cause it is related to bonus rules.

I found it suspicious that my gaming history related to winnings disappeared one or two days after the winnings.

Withdrawal rejection was based first on euro 22 high bet, then the reason changed to $20 high bet, the game maximum bet is $10 which I never applied.

Replaying the 15 free spins was considered as against the rules ! the game offers the option of replaying the 15 free spins. No rule is mentioned regarding replaying free spins. Replaying the 15 free spins generated $ 22 winnings which was considered as a high bet while wagering. How could any one figure this out ?

Another casino, while wagering , if I play " Summer Holiday " game it allows me to replay the 15 free spins as long as cash amount is available and not fully spent, once I reach the bonus money the game will not allow me to replay free spins, this was discovered after above Casoo experience. So to avoid surprises the second casino applied a respectful fair solution. While on bonus money, replaying free spins is not possible. But Casoo did not apply similar option instead they accuse the player of breaking the rules while I had neither the intention nor the knowledge to break the rules with available replay free spins option. They themselves did not know and jumped to the conclusion of $22 and euro 22 high bet , i proved them wrong that $ 22 is not possible since maximum bet is $ 10, they wished not to undo the final decision and maintained that I caused $ 22 bet.

Finally, I am honestly over it , I use many other casinos , there is plenty , I always read your feedback about casinos before playing and investing. Thank you for all the detailed information.

Hi Daniel,

I wouldn't mind launching new complaint on Guru site, Casoo staff said it was a final decision no withdrawal , they refunded my deposit , i used it one month later when I realized that my case is hopeless . If you think it is not too late, I will.

I have never had issues with Rewards casinos, similarly I like jackpotcity and Royal Vegas.

I am not a pro, i just try my luck every now and then...

Hi Daniel,

I just submitted a complaint on Casino Guru as well as screenshots and an email from Casoo explaining that the cancelled free spins wagered amount is considered wagered even if free spins are cancelled. So by replaying the free spins the player is unintentionally breaking the rules automatically without even knowing that. It sounds like a twisted trap. They themselves did not know that as they pretended they called Microgaming. If it is correct, it is not mentioned anywhere. Nobody could ever figure it out.

Now that they know the reason, did they take any steps to avoid innocent players from falling in the same trap ?

The player is not guilty here by simply chosing an option that is offered?

Actually, I'm just looking at your case here https://casino.guru/casoo-casino-player-s-bonus-winnings-have-been-voided and I believe Kristina managed to find the important part of their Terms and Conditions. You said that you sometimes replay the free spins, because it's allowed by the slot (it's one of it's features). The casino's TCs clearly say that it's forbidden to PURCHASE and ... REPLAY bets while playing with bonus funds. That's exactly what you've done according to what you described here.
