jesam. Kazino se oglasio u žalbi, rekli su da je u toku dodatna "istraga provajdera" i da će trajati najviše 7 dana.

Naravno, i to vreme je prošlo više nego duplo...

Ovaj kazino se praktično ispostavlja da uopšte nije kazino, već most između igrača i provajdera igara, oni sada sve prebacuju na „provajdera igara".

None of your posts have been deleted by us. Maybe it just happened that one of them crashed into the system because of some phrase and had to be approved, but nothing was deleted from what I saw.

I summited a review last week which wasn't approved had no option other than to summit a complaint yesterday and cancelled the review.

I joined this casino because of the high rating on casino guru and now I've had a withdrawal pending for near 1week customer service are not helpful they informed me on Friday that the withdrawal would be approved by evening time "that obviously didn't happen".

Today they are telling me there's no time frame, maybe it's time to review this casinos rating on here..

We have the same problem. I was told that the money would be paid out 'tomorrow,' but that tomorrow hasn't come for two months.

Unfortunately, this is all becoming VERY SUSPICIOUS. As for that highest security rating, it all seems unfortunately sponsored.

Ovo nije slucajno da u istom trenutku ljudi imaju slicne probleme.

Dakle, kratko upozorenje od mene, Chipstars pripada Games & More BV i nedavno je pokrenuo novi kazino pod nazivom Favoritobet koji takođe radi pod Games & More BV. Ako uđete u ćaskanje na Favoritobet-u, a zatim pošaljete transkript ćaskanja na svoju e-poštu, pošiljalac je Chipstars imejl, tako da oni definitivno pripadaju zajedno. Oba kazina rade iz Hrvatske/Srbije. Pritužbe se gomilaju i na drugim platformama, a posebno u poslednje vreme. Takođe imam zamerku na Favoritobet.... Da, možda ste u pravu da je Chipstars bio dobar u prošlosti, ali sada se sve menja i to je sve samo ne dobro. Ovde vidim mnogo paralela sa načinom na koji sam se prema meni ponašao Favoritobet.

U svemu si u pravu... Dva meseca čekam na podizanje 4500€... Najgore je što je Čipstars u aprilu imao ovaj 'najviši bezbednosni rejting'... Inače nikada ne bih igrao u takvom kazino.

Odgovornost takođe leži na Casino Guru Forumu za ovu recenziju.

When you deleted it, I don't see the reason why it was rejected, which is a pity because I would have tried to explain to you why that happened. 

Anyway, as far as the withdrawal is concerned you can see that you are not the only one, it looks like the casino has a delay but when it will be resolved I have no idea. In the end, I would probably be wary of any timeframes from the casino when they can't meet them, it certainly doesn't add to the credibility. 

Since you have an open complaint, our team will try to help you and if nothing changes we will contact the casino and I wonder if the other players will get paid because there are some who have been waiting longer.

I would probably refrain from similar views even though I know what they imply. The fact that several players have a similar problem, so it would be best if the casino shed light on the whole situation to calm the players down. I don't really understand if they don't say anything and leave the player alone.
