Zdravo svima, objavio sam u ovoj temi pre nekoliko meseci u vezi sa predstojećom isplatom. Još uvek nisam primio svoju isplatu, a zatvorili su mi nalog i sprečili me da se prijavim.
Imam sve snimke ekrana stanja i istorije transakcija. Neprestano su me pitali za nerazumne KYC protokole i čak su protivrečili sopstvenim uslovima korišćenja usluga. Postalo je očigledno jasno da se trude da me spreče da podignem novac.
Vidim da je predstavnik korisničke službe Čipstarsa komunicirao sa mnom, pa bih bio veoma zahvalan ako bi mi mogli pomoći u mojoj situaciji i konačno rešiti moj problem sa povlačenjem sredstava.
Očekivalo se da ću dobiti povrat novca 31. januara 2025. godine, ali ga još uvek nisam dobio.
Hey everyone, I posted in this thread a few months ago with regards to a pending withdrawal. I still have not received my withdrawal and they have closed my account and prevented me from logging in.
I do have all the screenshots of balances and transaction history. They continually asked me for unreasonable KYC protocol and even contradicted their owns terms and services. It became evidently clear they were trying the best to prevent me from withdrawing.
I see chipstars customer representative has been communicating so it would be much appreciated if they could help me with my situation and have my withdrawal finally resolved.
I was expected to receive my withdrawal on the 31st of January 2025 but still haven't received it.
