Avoid Using Crypto Loko


This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online casino.


They are the run of the mill casinos who will bombard you with promotions to coax you into signing up. I’ve had my fair share of casinos who’ve done this which isn’t necessarily a problem, but unlike other casinos I’ve dealt with — they will not honor their promotion.


They sent me a promotion with the promo code LOKO30 to use. It was $30 in free chips, and the promotion made it clear that I could cash out for real money with a maximum of $50.00.


After winning upwards of $409.10, I wanted to cash out which would’ve been $62.00. The cash out amount included a $12.00 deposit (which I also played through once) plus the $50.00 from the promotion.


But after putting in my request, they sent me back $12.00 and cleared the rest of the money from my account. I tried initially requesting $62.00, but it kept getting rejected. So I tried to cash out all of it, figuring they would see on their end that I would be owed $62.00, but they wiped the $397.10 from my account and only gave me my initial deposit back.


The worst is they refuse to answer any emails. They deserve the reputation they have online and I hope this review helps people to avoid them like the plague.

Hello.

I would at least expect any kind of explanation from the support! I mean, if you did something wrong - and I'm not saying you did - the main interest should be to inform the player about any error, rules breaching, terms violation, or simply anything that clarifies such a reaction.

No wonder the casino is marked as a questionable, applying very unfair terms and conditions.

Most casinos would’ve at least provided a generic answer, even if it was just sending their Terms of Service, but I’m pretty sure they don’t have the staff for customer service.

Interestingly enough, though, there is a thread on the website with someone from Crypto Loko and a user going back and forth with someone from Casino Guru acting as a mediator. So I’m wondering how and if that can be done with the rest of us who are having issues.

I can only imagine people who’ve lost hundreds of dollars in deposits to them.

You may be right about the missing staff. Can't confirm, though.

We were hoping casinos would recognize this forum as an additional possibility to reach out to their players, providing support and bits of advice at best.

The reality is different... Casinos are interested in promoting bonuses (only casinos with a good or better reputation are allowed to do so), some even tried to engage with players here, but it is always only temporary.

I mean, it is challenging for the selected casino representative, complaints need to be handled, and user reviews also provide room for a reply, but I still think the forum itself is a great opportunity to stand out from the crowd. Impress players with open and direct dialog.

Well, you would be surprised how many casino repr accounts are registered, yet ignoring the forum completely.

Maybe one day... 🙂

Zbog ovakvih pregleda ljudi gube novac, smatram da je ovo neka vrsta prevare!!

Allow me to present my point of view. User review serves to share experiences with the casino, as I'm saying, to fill the gap between calculated rating and "players' reality".

Such a review can hardly cause anyone to lose money simply because we are all obliged to read all casino terms and conditions the moment account registration is completed.

On the other hand, I checked this review, and it sounds more like an advertisement at least to me. 🤔

I'm going to ask Daniel (Community Lead) about his opinion, and I'll get back.

Da, slažem se da svako ima pravo na sopstvenu procenu kazina. Bio sam ljut na ovaj post, jer sam skoro verovao da je dozvoljeno koristiti nekoliko zaredom bez bonusa za depozit) Čak i kada sam aktivirao drugi besplatni bonus, odlučio sam da ponovo pročitam uslove) Mogao bih da izgubim novac koji sam osvojio . I opet, registracija je preko inklave, što vam ni na koji način ne bi dozvolilo duplu registraciju. A da ste ga nekako zaobišli, on bi bio u njegovom sistemu, takođe naveden kao drugi nalog, kao i svaki nalog koji koristim u drugim kockarnicama. file

I already rejected the above mentioned user review since it was misleading and could potentially cause issues to multiple players who would follow the advice without reading the TCs.

This casino is a scam. I’ve tried to withdraw funds for over two weeks and submitted my id verification info numerous times. They won’t respond to emails, I’ll wait several days and the money will pop back up in my casino account.
