Complete identity scam and a money grab, BE AWARE that what ever you deposit you must spend before cashing out (without any bonuses) I had to upload about a dozen documents while holding them to my face. After a lot of hassle I just said I will take my money back out,,,NO they said, you must bet it all before cashing out, What a fucking joke.

I imagine it feels like a scam to many, but on the other hand, it is quite a common rule. You know casinos are not banks, so you can't just make up your mind and withdraw deposited money without playing in the casino.

Your attitude makes me feel like you have never read the terms and conditions, though you willingly created the account. That may cause another unanticipated surprise in the future.

Maybe you can tell us more about the verification you tried to pass. As far as I understand, you didn't like that pretty much either.

Although I hate to disagree, the casino actually has the right to request that you forego the video call even though your verification was previously successful. Because it is their responsibility to be 100% sure. I completely understand that in these situations it seems like a waste of time, but what would the casino think if you declined to pass it? They may think you have something to hide, so their decision to check you out further was correct.

Even though I understand your frustration, I'm not convinced this was a good course of action. May I know what makes you, in your opinion, entitled to the refunds?

You know, a chargeback could have consequences for the player and should be used as the last resort option.
