I don't think I would try it with absolutely anything even with free promotion to save myself from similar situations. But it's up to each person's discretion. You have the opportunity to express your opinion and if you had a bad experience, you can let others know. 

I find it pointless to play with anything here, whether it's a free bonus or not, because so far it's worked out the same for you every time. But like I said it's up to your decision.

I see how you are trying to justify yourself and this company. Just because you make up these "safety indexes" based on different metrics that you make up doesn't mean that the casino is legitimate. One of your metrics is based on player reviews, at least half of the reviews are negative, yet you still have a high rating. The casino is relatively new and not established, yet still a high rating. The owner has been around longer, but also have a lot of poor reviews, yet still a high rating.


You can continue to try and tell others, and maybe yourself, that you are doing nothing wrong by promoting a shady site like Drip Casino. And continue to say "every player has the option not to play in the casino. No one is forced to deposit money." Does that help you justify what you are doing?


If a bank was being shot up by robbers and someone was about to walk in would you tell them not to go in or would you open the door for them in hope the robbers would give you a commission?


You are just as culpable as these sites and yes what you are doing is not illegal but it surely isn't the right thing to do. People rely on review sites to try and weed out the many shady sites like Drip, and when these review sites are in relationships and getting paid commissions from these sites the the integrity is lost.


If you do in fact make money on player losses, like you said you do, I guess it would be in your best interest to funnel players to a site where the losses would occur more frequently than maybe a more legitimate site. Hmm.


Nothing is going to change with this reply I am writing but hopefully you see and maybe a couple of other people see what you are doing is wrong, no matter how you try and spin it.

I don't think I was defending this company with my answer. I described how it works. We provide information about the casino. 

As far as user reviews are concerned, they do not form a safety index (rating). If you want to know more about how we rate casinos, you can read it here

Regarding casino promotion, again I will say that we provide information about casinos and do not promote them. If you play somewhere, you don't want to say that someone forced you. Everybody has a choice and you also mentioned that at least half of the reviews are bad, so since you have the opportunity to see the experience of other players, I think you can make a decision.

Concerning your opinion, I don't take it away from you, but it seems to me that you have such an attitude and you're still going to file a complaint with us to help you. If you have that view just because of what happened to you, then I don't really understand. 

Anyway, about your problem, have you contacted the payment provider to see if there was a issue ?

Thanks for getting back to me. I did read how your safety index ratings are calculated prior to my previous reply and it seems that player reviews DO make up a portion of your index. In fact according to the article it is a large part, so I am not sure if they changed this since you last read the article, but I copied a portion of it below for you to take a look at.

"The other foundation of our Safety Index are player complaints. These tell us how each casino treats its players. If there are many justified complaints about a casino, it's a clear indication that there are some issues which cause players to be dissatisfied."


I don't believe that I was implying that anyone was being forced into playing anywhere in my previous statement. Maybe I'll have to reread it. But my point was if there are questions surrounding a casino's practices maybe you, casino guru, shouldn't be funnelling players to that casino.

As for my experience and my complaint against Drop casino, yes I have had an issue with my deposit being credited into my account and the response from your coworker was peculiar. The fact that they were defending the casino without even investigating and essentially saying the poor casino must have their hands tied raised some red flags to me. Which caused me to look further into this casino, which is where I found this forum and where I learned that it's in your best interest that players like myself lose money at this casino.


So yes, I was looking for your help, I didn't receive it and now I know why. You don't want to bite the hand that feeds you.

However, regarding the first part about reviews, I think there was a slight misunderstanding, because you copied the passage about the complaints that have an impact on the safety index. But these are not user reviews. They are two different things. As far as complaints are concerned, yes, they do have an impact on the safety index exactly because of what you copied, so I hope that now the matter is clarified. 

As for your problem, if you didn't get a deposit to the casino, what exactly would you expect ? Veronica advised you what she advises every player when such a situation occurs. You need to contact the payment provider to try to find out if there is a mistake somewhere. Sometimes such situations can be caused by different things. However, we do not have the possibility to investigate such things.

Moreover, if you think it's in our interest that you lose, you're wrong. We usually tell the players that the house always wins and that most of the time the players lose their deposit, so your opinion is quite generalized. 

Nevertheless, I hope that you won't come across anything similar in casinos in the future and that your experience will only get better. Good luck.
