Hi, could you show me what the casino wrote to you? I'm assuming you're not aware of anyone using your account, right? 

If it's the case that you are saying that the casino is not telling the truth, I would try to file a complaint with us and our team would investigate.

Hi, sounds great. I dont think anyone used my account. I didnt give it to anyone to use either. The account is verified. I even withdrew funds from it once. I was very surprised by their decision. This is the first time I have seen this.

Today i received this message from them~

We understand this may be disappointing, but this decision is final and the account will remain closed.

I will post the link for you here where you can submit your complaint. Such cases are surely better to investigate and find out what actually happened there if you are unaware of any violations.

Registered here few weeks ago, and won around 200$, after requesting withdrawal complete verification immediately, but these poor guys can't withdraw funds for more than 14 days. The reason - manual checking of account. Crazy, total balance 448$ . Strictly prohibited for high rollers to play!
