Kažem im da je bilo kršenja ugovora i kršenja i tražio sam od njih pomoć, imena ili kontakt podatke, ali su rekli da ne mogu pomoći, ne poznaju sadašnju upravu. 2. Napišite snažnu žalbu MGA da postoji nekoliko ljudi koji će podneti grupnu tužbu organima EU - to može primorati MGA da preduzme korake u rešavanju problema.
Želim da sačekam 1-2 dana da preduzmem ova dva koraka, a do tada ću im slati preteće mejlove u vezi sa našim problemom. Ali momci, ako želite da učestvujete u drugom koraku, pitaću vas za vaše ime i zemlju prebivališta kako bih mogao da uputim grupnu tužbu u MGA tako da će možda imati veću želju da reše ovaj problem.
I contacted almost everyone who has ever worked for this company - I spoke to four people who no longer work here. I tell them that there were contract breaches and infringements and I asked them for help, names or contact details, but they said they couldn't help, they didn't know the current management. After that I didn't want to bother them because that would be legal harassment.
I wrote to the domain owner we will see whether he can do anything or not. I wrote to him/her that there were legal infringements concrete stealing and whether he can help to us. We will see.
We have two another options:
1. Write to the company who was with cooperation with elite24bet (EveryMatrix Software Limited). Maybe they have some kind of access to the site or at least to the payments.
2. Write to MGA a strong complaint that there are several people who will lodge class action at EU bodies - this can force MGA to take steps in solving the issue.
I want to wait 1-2 days to take these two steps, until then i will sending to them threating emails regarding our issue. But guys if you want to participate in step two I will ask you for your name and residence country so I can refer to class action at MGA so that maybe they will have greater urge to solve this issue.
