Od izvora službe za korisnike saznao sam da njihova sestrinska kazina pate od istih „pitanja".
U stvari, bio sam zapanjen kada je jedna od njihovih službi za korisnike (ne Frumzi, već iz sestrinskog kazina, imaju iste ljude koji to rade) rekla da imaju finansijskih problema. Kazina su se preselila iz licence Malte 2022-2023 na Kurasao, a sada na neke Azore ili ostrvo Komo ili šta već (mogu da grešim u imenima), tako da mi se čini da rade. Dodajte i ovog tipa iz službe za korisnike rekao je....i slušajte ovo, trenutno naglašavaju tok gotovine za veće iznose jer iz ruke u ruku.....pa ako imate ispod 1500 e isplate na čekanju na sreću...i da, mogu odložiti tražeći KIC. Daje im više vremena da se poigraju oko svojih problema sa gotovinom, pretpostavljam! Ofc, uzmite ovo sa malo soli, ne tvrdim da su date INFORMACIJE 100% tačne ili da sam ih razumeo tačno (kako smo pričali engleski), ali utisak koji sam stekao je bio takav.
I činjenica da najmanje 3/5 sestrinskih kazina doživljava isto zaostajanje u isplati. OGROMNA pitanja su rekli. 2-3 nedelje.

I have from a customer service source that their sister casinos are suffering from the same "ques".
Actually I was astounded when one of their customer service(not Frumzi but from sister casino, they have same people doing it) said that they are experiencing financial trouble. The casinos have moved from under Malta license in 2022-2023 to Curacao and now some Azores or como island or whatever( I can be wrong of the names), so to me it seems they running. Add also this customer sevice guy said....and listen to this, the are currently emphasizing cash flow for the bigger amounts because hand to hand.....so if you have under 1500 e withdrawals pending good luck...and yes, they can postponed by asking KYC. Gives them more time to play around their cash problems, I presume! Ofc, take this with a pinch of salt, I do not claim the INFO given is 100 % accurate or that I understood it correcty (as we spoke english) but the impression I got was that.
And the fact at least 3 / 5 sister casinos are experiencing the same lag in paying out. HUGE ques they said. 2-3 weeks.

Prvo, želeo bih da se izvinim što sam prenaglio doneo preuranjene odluke o datoj situaciji u vezi sa vašom recenzijom korisnika za ovaj kazino.
