From what I'm reading, the casino keeps giving you a different answer, which I find quite puzzling. Is this your first casino withdrawal? Have you tried asking if it would help to change the payment method?

This is truly one of the best casinos I have visited. There are many games and many payment methods. I haven't had any issues yet, I don't have to wait long for withdrawals, and if I have a question, tech support is quick to respond via chat, although there have been a few times when I've had to wait a long time for an email response

Za 3 nedelje sam podigao 400€ na mifiniti, nakon čega su uklonili sve metode povlačenja i ostavili samo kriptovalutu, nakon mnogo mejlova plaćeno mi je još 400 usdt i plaćanja su zaustavljena, juče je podrška odgovorila da će obraditi jedan zahtev za povlačenje i ostatak će biti obrađeno od ponedeljka, ali nije bilo povlačenja, subotom i nedeljom ne rade, ovaj kazino je potpuna prevara. Rekli su da su popravili način plaćanja, nakon čega su poništili 3 zahteva za povlačenje. Toplo ne preporučujem da napravite depozit u ovom kazinu, ako pobedite čekaćete na uplatu najmanje nekoliko meseci, ili nećete dobiti ništa. Kazino posebno čeka da izgubite sve i igra na živce igrača.

I can see in your complaint that you mentioned the casino has some technical issues, though. Do you know if they were able to fix those already?

Svi igrači pišu o ovim problemima, bez obzira na žalbe koje sam pročitao. Mislim da nema problema i ovo pišu kao šablon za sve. Pored toga, rečeno mi je da su svi problemi rešeni i provereni, ne bi trebalo da bude problema, ali čim je došlo vreme za povlačenje, nije bilo plaćanja. Ponovo mi je rečeno da ima problema.

Protivurečni su sami sebi, mogu ručno da obrađuju prijave, kao nekada, ali im se ne žuri.

I can see in your complaint that they are already working on your payment, and as soon as the casino pays their customers, there is no reason to blacklist this casino, I believe.

Od 23.10.2024. godine u obradi su 3 prijave, jedna prijava je uplaćena juče, iako su napisali da će je u potpunosti obraditi. Preostale 2 prijave su još u obradi

Posebno ne isplaćuju da igrač izgubi ceo saldo, pa čekaju do poslednjeg trenutka, ne rade vikendom, kazino nema problema

Žalba sadrži 2 snimka ekrana isplata za 400 i 432 dolara. Prva aplikacija obrađena je ručno sa njihovih naloga, a druga je, prema njihovim rečima, poslata preko DEKS razmene koju su nedavno dodali, ali novčanici za slanje su isti, ista adresa.

Drugi argument, nije bilo uplata jer sam igrao na svom računu tokom perioda obrade zahteva, a kazino je samo čekao da izgubim sve i stoga nije hteo da plati. Čim nisam igrao slotove 2 dana, počele su isplate.


Takođe su u petak prošle nedelje prijavili da su obradili jednu uplatu, ali su sve prijave bile na čekanju, nijedna nije promenila status „u obradi".
