Moram da kažem da niste jedini sa ovim slučajem, veoma mi je žao zbog toga.
Proverio sam kazino, i prema našem sistemu izgleda da je ovaj kazino zatvoren i više ne radi. Nažalost, kada je u pitanju podnošenje žalbe, bojim se da se ne može mnogo postići bez učešća kazina. Svestan sam da ovo ne rešava na odgovarajući način vaš problem. Međutim, u slučaju da kazino ponovo počne da radi, mi ćemo uvek biti tu da vam pomognemo.
Predlažem vam da pročitate druge odgovore u ovoj temi, mogli biste da vidite da i drugi igrači imaju istu situaciju kao i vi i čini se da je ovaj kazino sigurno zatvoren, na osnovu poslednjih žalbi.

I must say that you're not the only one with this case, very sorry about that.
I checked the casino, and according to our system it seems that this casino has been closed and no longer operates. Unfortunately, when it comes to submitting a complaint, I fear not much can be accomplished without the casino's participation. I am aware that this does not adequately address your problem. However, in case casino decides to operate again, we will be here to help you always.
I would suggest you to read other responses in this thread, you could see that also other players have the same situation as you and it seems that this casino is closed for sure, based on the latest complaints.
