I was told via live chat yesterday I could take up to 7500 a week and 15000 a month so I cancelled my 5000 transaction and now I have 7500 processing it hasn't gone to final payment yet as I can still cancel it. The only thing I did was self exclude from a sister site but I've done my research and a carcao licence shouldn't affect this you have to self exclude via each casino as they have there own user database so hopefully I should be okay.

31may they where unlicensed but made me believe they are or they just failed in a different part

I checked curacao-egaming.com it reveals they are unlicensed i asked live chat on 31 may and he said they do have a license

goldenbet.com is "licensed by curacao"

one is curacao one is comoros

in the end they breached their policy again with their Comoros licence

I hope everything will be fine and you will get your money. Self-exclusion in some cases belongs to the whole casino group but often not. The best thing to do is to check the Terms and Conditions, because sometimes casinos have it written there. 

Anyway, we'll see what happens in the near future and I'd sure like you to come up with some good news.

Hello, do you also have any screenshot where the casino says or publishes that they have a Curacao license ? I only see Comoros and even on our review it's only this one license. It would not be good to mislead the players so that's why I ask.

Hello I've checked terms and conditions nothing is stated there I've also asked live chat and they confirm it doesn't apply to them a self exclusion from another website. I have been fully verified so just waiting on payment now I know it can take three days and I did do it Saturday so hopefully it processes tomorrow!

Their was lot off bad reviews but credit where it's due so I left a review off my good experience on trustpilot. Now goldenbet a few months back scammed me with their fake slots and dodgey deposit system. The review I left for pub casino was removed to the goldenbet review page with everything the same except pub removed and golden bet put in. Couldn't make it up. The proof is on trustpilot if anyone checks. This casino is unlicensed and anyone from UK will never be paid. They have names in Nigeria Slovakia and so on when you deposit with credit card which they charge you a fee. People never fall for this site. You will know what I am talking about after 5 minutes.

So I commend you for checking it out and even communicating with the casino, it's not everyone's idea. 

As far as the money goes, we'll have to wait and see how it all turns out. We give the casinos 14 days to sort out everything around the withdrawal but I would certainly be happy if they came to you as soon as possible.

They have told me it will take a maximum of three business days to withdraw I haven't had any issues withdrawing from there sister company so should be fine. This will be business day 2 so hopefully it processes later today for the funds to be with me tomorrow. I will keep you posted.

Hello, I was wondering why you didn't contact us if you needed help, our team would have at least tried.

About the fake slots, I didn't find anything like that in our review, so if it was just that you didn't manage to win, that's unlucky. Of course, as I said, the casino doesn't look very attractive according to the safety index, so I would probably skip it, especially if it has a Comoros license.

Yes, unfortunately you are right. The online world has brought a lot of troubles and sometimes not only casinos but people in general try to deceive unnecessarily. That's why you should always find as much information as possible and be careful if you spend your money somewhere. 

I would definitely recommend to play in the casinos that are licensed in the player's country, because then he has the possibility to get help, so I also agree.

You must be using bitcoin because they don't pay to UK cards if pay at all. All their sister sites are the same. Scammers central.
