Poštovani, tražio sam povlačenje 1000 evra od 1. avgusta, isplata još uvek nije obrađena dok na sajtu stoji da isplata ne sme da pređe 48 sati,

Did you try to check some information about the casino before you came here to play? For example, user reviews or complaints. As for complaints, I found that the casino hasn't responded to any so far, which doesn't surprise me, but on the other hand it doesn't please me either. I would recommend that you file a complaint as well, but I would not expect a positive result. If we were like them, as you mention, we probably wouldn't be trying to help you with the complaint you started. I think Enough is Enough here.


What can we do. They do not pay out. I actually got some payouts from them and they were quite quick, but I think this is just a ploy to get you to deposit more money. Now I have over £16k with them, which are winnings that I can not shift.


How can this be resolved? Is there any law enforcements that can put pressure on them. Or follow the money? As they are obtaining payments some how if they can be blocked?


I have even tried to reach out to their suppliers i.e. the ones offering gaming solutions to them. As they must have a "legit" business base otherwise they wouldnt be able to obtain these games on their website.


Need help and support. Honestly at this point I would even enter the dark web to get them hacked.

The best you can do is to help us inform, especially UK-based players, to prevent them from playing in such casinos very far from UKGC reach.

To be honest, there is not much to do. The worst option is an offshore casino that is totally unlicensed and has a Security Index of 0.9 out of 10.

I respect you state just to inform people. However, surely Police Forces, card companies, payment companies or the companies allowing GoldenLion Bet to use their games have a responsibility. What I have read on other forums is that this is pushing people to the brink.


This is the case the money needs to be followed as they must have a legit registered business. Unless there is corruption somewhere.
