Thanks for replying. I didn't have a Wagering Requirement. I have over 20000 euros in account and only allowed to withdraw 700 euros and they keep cancelling it after 72 hours looking for more documents. Even though my account is fully verified. I just got verified again and they said I can withdraw 1000 euros so will wait and see in 72 hours if I receive it but I'm not holding my breath

They kept rejecting documents on me it took a lot to get them to verify me and seems the case with everyone. Yeah you might have to do a few withdrawals but just hold firm they will have to pay you. I got them to do a bank transfer and got it straight away once the confirmation email was sent

I did my withdrawal with revolut. Am I better off using a different method but I only deposited with revolut so if I make a withdrawal with a different bank account they might ask for more documents
