Nemojte me praviti pogrešno, saosećam sa vama i takođe mi je drago što je dobro prošlo. Ipak, širenje ovih negativnih vibracija nikome neće pomoći.

„Iako je kazino pokušao da nam pruži neko objašnjenje po tom pitanju, osim nekih snimaka ekrana eksplicitne komunikacije sa vaše strane, nismo dobili nijedan dovoljan dokaz koji bi pružio bilo kakav uvid u situaciju sa njihove strane, ili potvrdio bilo koju njihovu izjavu.Takođe su jasno napomenuli, neće nam davati nikakve dalje informacije dok se tobožnji pravni proces ne završi.
Smatramo da eksplicitna komunikacija sama po sebi nije razlog da se konfiskuje bilo kakav balans igrača. Uz nedostatak bilo kakvih dokaza, prinuđeni smo da ovu žalbu zatvorimo kao nerešenu, jer ne postoji način na koji bismo mogli da pomognemo u ovoj situaciji pod navedenim okolnostima."
Pošaljite ih sve ovde da prave žalbe, molim. Ovo je najbolji pristup.

I believe these are just opinions rather than proven facts - we had this conversation already in the past 🙂.
Don't make me wrong, I empathize with you and I'm also glad it went out well. Yet spreading these negative vibes won't help anyone.
Are you familiar with other players in a similar situation, perhaps?
Quoting from the complaint:
"Although the casino has tried to provide us with some explanation on the matter, other than some screenshots of explicit communication done from your side, we have not received any sufficient evidence, which would provide any insight on the situation from their end, or confirm any of their statements. They have also clearly mentioned, they will not be providing us with any further information until the supposed legal process would be completed.
We believe that explicit communication alone is not a reason to confiscate any balance of players. Together with lack of any evidence whatsoever, we are forced to close this complaint as unresolved, since there isn't any way how we could be of help in this situation under stated circumstances."
Send them all right here to create complaints, please. This is the best approach.
