I'm glad that you are so fond of this casino, but I ask you kindly to avoid comparing players with complaints to idiots. Don't make me wrong, I get your point, we just try to educate not-so-skilled players through complaints. 🙂

Zaista loš kazino nakon verifikacije pre oko 4 meseca i isplate, hteo sam ponovo da isplatim! Prvo prođe 5 do 7 dana pre nego što se uopšte obradi i kada se to desi oni prekinu i ponovo traže dokaz adrese jer stara slika više nije ažurna i to posle skoro četiri meseca!!! Apsolutni obraz i strategija da dozvolite ljudima da prokockaju novac. Ovde je samo oko 200 evra, ali dok ga ne dobijete, baca vam se štap među noge, da većina ljudi prokocka novac? Naravno da sam tada postavio dokaz o adresi koji do danas nije obrađen!!!! Dakle, prošlo je nedelju dana sa isplatom i rušenjem do sada! Ozbiljno je nesto drugo svi, ima dovoljno kazina koji vrednuju proveru i ne zele stalna dokumenta kada je u pitanju isplata!!! Zašto bi dokaz adrese bio zastareo ili se selim svake nedelje???

even though I understand that the proof of address must be up to date constantly, because it's proof, after all, I think I would not be pretty happy that have to provide this document every 4 months.

I can't explain what makes casinos act like this, but in this case, I would consider playing in a different casino just because it now has a bad reputation and unfair rules that are used against players. 🙁

Would you share the statement you got from the Curaçao Gaming Authority? This must be a sign to see.

Sorry Radka, since then for the first time in 15 years i wiped my inbox on Gmail clean bcs of very low space left.


This probably took 6 months with CGA, I provided them with everything they wanted and he was telling them the same lies as before, my account was affiliated. But he couldnt prove that to CGA.

So I was contacted by this thief Vlad, he wrote that the guy who used to manage the casino is gone and he is the new guy 😆 I asked him if he purchased it from Vlad but no answer. Anyways he wrote me that they wanna correct wrongs done in the past, by the old staff. And if they did, they wanted me to drop all claims and "harrasment" of staff.

Yes I commented some times on his private family pictures that he is a con artist. Also wrote to his wife and mother in law.

He stole my money in february 2021 and in march 2023 I was paid back.


I told you Vlad, I WILL get my money from you! We will destroy all of you thiefs who steal players hard earned cash!

I can remember your case. I also remember some screenshots that were sent to me by the casino showing the insults you directed towards the casino's owner. That's why I wasn't sure how to deal with this case.

Anyway, I'm glad you were persistent and it was worth it. Even after so long period of time. It must be a good feeling 🙂

Yes I remember Daniel. And yes, a very good feeling. It was a lot of money to just let go. The insults were quite soft regarding that he stole my rent money and put me in big problems. If he would have lived in my country things would have gone way worse for the both of us. So im glad it worked out.

But I also know he is stealing from others the same way everyday. And post pictures on Facebook with his family in the Maldives, knowing its stolen money that paid for everything, even the clothes he is wearing and his babys diapers. One day the wrong person will get scammed by him and then he will get killed.


There should be controlling authorities for all casinos worldwide, this lil rat should never be allowed to run one in the first place, he belongs with a coffee mug in his hand on the street corner asking for peoples change.

Don't make me wrong, I empathize with you and I'm also glad it went out well. Yet spreading these negative vibes won't help anyone.

Are you familiar with other players in a similar situation, perhaps?

Quoting from the complaint:

"Although the casino has tried to provide us with some explanation on the matter, other than some screenshots of explicit communication done from your side, we have not received any sufficient evidence, which would provide any insight on the situation from their end, or confirm any of their statements. They have also clearly mentioned, they will not be providing us with any further information until the supposed legal process would be completed.

We believe that explicit communication alone is not a reason to confiscate any balance of players. Together with lack of any evidence whatsoever, we are forced to close this complaint as unresolved, since there isn't any way how we could be of help in this situation under stated circumstances."


Send them all right here to create complaints, please. This is the best approach.

The negative vibes is 100% a effect of being scammed by criminal posers. Try it you will see 😉 Everyone comes from different backgrounds and in many places around the world today, this type of behaviour is punished severly, opinions or not. Confrontation is always best.

I agree that it is much nicer with good vibes and happy smiles, but if someone steals your food and smiles about it, then we have a big problem, I wont smile 😊 Same to you Radka.

I try to remain fair, and I respect your opinion, on the other hand, this is not relevant at all, just your badmouthing - do not take that as an offense, I would be pissed of too given the circumstances, yet this part is more like a joke to me. Like really unnecessary

Why do you assume I play for money reserved for food and clothing?

To remind you, this thief verified my account and approved my withdrawal. While waiting for my money I used my existing money to cover up for something else, since my withdrawal had been confirmed and approved.


You assume things, but I followed this thief online closely for 2 years, I know that he used stolen money to do this. So please, respect that.


I wish you guys good luck with CasinoGuru. I wont make any more reviews, we leave that for those with only nice things to say, even if the casinos are owned by criminals whos intention is to steal the players money.

I would say you lost the money by playing in a casino in the first place. It is risky, and extremely irresponsible, to spend money reserved for rent at any casino. Don't you agree?

Has anyone forced you to do so? I mean in order to keep your money safe, maybe you should focus on gambling limits more. 🙏

Try again to read what I wrote. About how I used my rent money AFTER my withdrawal was confirmed AND approved.

Who played for money reserved for rent? Please read again before you assume. You make this up in your mind? I would never play for rent money. And what money did I lose? I won a 1000 euro so I didnt lose anything.
