Da pojasnim, moj slučaj se ne odnosi samo na ograničenje naloga.
• Moj nalog je blokiran odmah nakon što sam zatražio/la svoje GDPR podatke
• Više od 3 meseca, kazino je ignorisao svaku formalnu žalbu, uključujući i podsetnike
• Nije naveden razlog za blokiranje
• Nijedno odeljenje nije potvrdilo prijem ili obradu slučaja
• Uslovi korišćenja kazina pominju postupak žalbi, koji se ne poštuje
Razumem da kazina mogu ograničiti naloge.
Međutim, ignorisanje formalnih žalbi i odbijanje davanja ličnih podataka je sasvim druga stvar.
Kontaktirao sam kazino putem ćaskanja uživo i rečeno mi je (ponovo) da pošaljem imejl.
Nažalost, baš kao i poslednja tri meseca, podrška putem e-pošte uopšte ne odgovara.
Sada izgleda da ćaskanje uživo odgovara,
ali sve što zahteva pravu akciju se jednostavno ignoriše😏
Još uvek čekam, ali ovo postaje izuzetno neprofesionalno.
Iskreno se nadam da će kazino konačno direktno odgovoriti,
i odmah ću objaviti ovde ako se nešto promeni.

To clarify, my case is not only about the account restriction.
• My account was blocked immediately after I requested my GDPR data
• For more than 3 months, the casino has ignored every formal complaint, including reminders
• No reason for the block has been provided
• No department has acknowledged receiving or handling the case
• The casino’s own terms reference a complaint process, which is not being followed
I understand that casinos can restrict accounts.
However, ignoring formal complaints and refusing to provide personal data is a completely different matter.
I contacted the casino through live chat and was told (again) to send an email.
Unfortunately, just like the last three months, email support does not reply at all.
It now seems that the live chat responds,
but anything requiring real action is simply ignored😏
I am still waiting, but this is becoming extremely unprofessional.
I genuinely hope the casino will finally respond directly,
and I will update here immediately if anything changes.
