Kladio sam se na sport i odjednom je moj nalog bio odjavljen, dok sam imao isplatu na čekanju oko jedan dan.
Pokušao/la sam ponovo da se prijavim i nije mi dozvolilo. Ušao/la sam u ćaskanje, rekli su mi da mi je nalog zatvoren, kontaktiraj podršku.
Kontaktirao sam podršku i dobio ovu e-poštu od Justbit-a

Pišem vam u vezi sa zatvaranjem vašeg naloga. Nažalost, moramo da obustavimo saradnju sa vama zbog kršenja naših Uslova korišćenja i sledećih pravila:
Džastbit ima strogu politiku protiv prevara. Ako SkyGrow Group Limitada ima osnovane osnove da veruje da je Korisnik učestvovao u ili je bio povezan sa bilo kojim oblikom prevarne aktivnosti (na osnovu praksi za sprečavanje prevara, varanja i otkrivanje dosluha koje koristi SkyGrow Group Limitada, kao i njeni partneri za igre na sreću i drugi dobavljači, a koje se uobičajeno koriste u industriji kockanja i igara na sreću), uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na:
učešće u bilo kojoj vrsti dosluha sa drugim korisnicima;
razvoj strategija usmerenih na dobijanje nepravednih dobitaka;
prevarne radnje protiv kompanije SkyGrow Group Limitada ili njenih (partnera ili) dobavljača usluga plaćanja;
korišćenje nepravednih spoljnih faktora ili uticaja (opšte poznato kao varanje);
U slučaju otkrivanja jedne ili više takvih radnji od strane Korisnika ili drugih sličnih radnji, Justbit zadržava pravo da otkaže korisnički nalog i obustavi sve isplate Korisniku. Ova odluka je po sopstvenom nahođenju Justbit-a i Korisnik neće biti obavešten niti obavešten o razlozima takvih radnji. Justbit takođe zadržava pravo da obavesti regulatorna tela nadležnosti Korisnika o takvim prevarnim radnjama koje je izvršio Korisnik.
Nakon ove e-pošte, oni u suštini nisu razgovarali sa mnom niti su mi pružili bilo kakve informacije ili činjenice o tome šta sam pogrešno uradio. Nažalost, ovo je potpuno izmišljena stvar, nisam ništa pogrešno uradio, nikada ranije nisam igrao ovde, to je samo taktika za krađu novca. Justbit has a strict anti-fraud policy. If SkyGrow Group Limitada has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has participated in or has been connected with any form of fraudulent activity (on the basis of anti-fraud, anti-cheating, and collusion detection practices used by SkyGrow Group Limitada as well as its gaming partners and other suppliers which are commonly used in the gambling and gaming industry) including, but not limited to:
participating in any type of collusion with other Users;
development of strategies aimed at obtaining unfair winnings;
fraudulent actions against SkyGrow Group Limitada or its (partners or) payment providers;
using unfair external factors or influences (commonly known as cheating);
In case of reveal one or several such actions on the part of the User or other similar actions, Justbit reserves the right to cancel the user account and suspend all payouts to the User. This decision is at sole discretion of Justbit and the User will not be notified or informed of the reasons of such actions. Justbit also reserves the right to inform the regulatory bodies of the User’s jurisdiction of such fraudulent actions performed by the User.
Past this email they will basically not talk to me or provide me with any information or facts to what I did wrong, This is a entire made up thing sadly, there is nothing I have done wrong, I have never played here before, its just a tactic to steal money. Hopefully someone here can help me and we can turn this into a positive review.
