Zaista se nadam da će mi neko pomoći.
Izgubio sam poslednje četiri nedelje tačno 29.773 evra u Justbitcasinu. Znam gde kockate možete izgubiti novac. Kada sam saznao da Justbit.io ne sme da primi igrače iz Holandije, zamolio sam ih da imaju neku vrstu kompenzacije za moje gubitke jer su me prihvatili kao igrača bez KIC-a ili bilo šta drugo. Jednom sam podigao oko 4000 evra i tražili su samo moj IBAN. Tražio sam da mi nadoknade 2/3 mojih gubitaka, s moje strane izgleda pošteno. Odgovorili su da će razmotriti moj zahtev i vratiti se u maj. Sada je dan 12 i nema poruke sa te strane. U međuvremenu su mi odmah zatvorili nalog kada sam uradio taj zahtev.
Nakon mog zahteva, 2 dana kasnije skinu 1500€ sa mog bankovnog računa, to je prikazano kao depozit u mojoj referenci. Pitao sam ih kako je to moguće, jer nisam uplatio nikakav depozit, moj nalog su oni zatvorili tako da nije moguće uplatiti ili ulogovati se. Kao i moj prvi zahtev rekli su mi da čekam odgovor, do danas još čekam. Više mi ni ne odgovaraju.
29.773 evra mnogo šteti, ali 1500 evra možda više jer je to krađa. Nikada nisam dao dozvolu za to. Jedino o čemu mogu da razmišljam je da sam uplatio depozit kada je moj račun radio i da depozit nije prošao i nekoliko dana kasnije je prošao, ali je moj račun zatvoren.
Može li neko pomoći? Pokušao sam da razgovaram sa advokatom u Kostariki (justbit.io je iz Skigrov grupe Limitada iz Kostarike), ali mi je prvi tražio od 20.000 dolara, a drugi 15.000 dolara da preuzmem moj slučaj. Razmišljam da iskoristim jedno od ta dva samo da im pokažem poentu.
Osećam se stvarno loše u ovom trenutku.

I lost the past four weeks exactly €29.773 euro at Justbitcasino. I know where you gamble you can loss your money. When i learned that Justbit.io isnt allowed to accept players from the Netherlands, i ask them to have some kind of compensation for my losses because they accepted me as Player without KYC or whatso ever. I did one wirhdrawal about € 4000euros en they only asked for my IBAN. I asked them to refund me 2/3 of my losses, seems fair from my side. They replied that they will look at my request and come back to may. Its now day 12 and no message from there side. Meanwhile they immediatly close my account when i did that request.
After my request, 2 days later they deduct €1500 from my bankaccount, it shown as deposit in my reference. I asked them how that is possible, because i didnt make any deposit, my account has been closed by them so thats not possible to deposit or to log in. Like my first request they told me to wait for an answer, till today im still waiting. They dont even answer me anymore.
The €29.773 hurts a Lot, but the €1500 maybe more because thats theft. I never gived permission to that. The only thing that i can think about is that a made a deposit when my account was working and that the deposit didnt went trough and a few days later it passed trough but my account was closed.
Can someone please help? I tried to talk to a lawyer in Costa Rica (justbit.io is from Skygrow group Limitada from Costa Rica) but the first one asked me from $20.000 and the second one $15:000 to take my case. I am considering to use one of the two just to make a point to them.
I feel really bad at this moment.
