Im sorry Radka. I had just woken up and THIS particular complaint is the absolute worst. Zero intention of being rude to you guys (Love you'all) and of course, I realize who Nik..is. My bad. This complaint FAR worse than any I have had so far..Just want it over with but not willing to relinquish what is owed to me.

NO need to be confused. If you read the guide Jaro sent you, you already know that:

No. I understand all of that. But it hasn't even been looked at is my point. It's just sitting there "waiting on Casino Guru" so that is where my confusion is. But it's all good. I am going to just handle this myself. I don't need any help now. Thank you.

Kats casino is a scam. Never allow withdrawals as lots of restrictions and high costs. Give out big bonus to suck you in but you will never be able to withdraw. Stay away total scam

Trust me I've had lots of sites not pay out.All I know is if I don't get my funds,then I won't ever dep again.Kats casino screwed me outa 873.00 last year and they still send and call me with offers to play.Im never playing on that site ever again.If they go back and see what I won and pay it,then I might dep thier again.
Did you try to unsubscribe from their offers? That should help to stop receiving those offers, I believe.🤷♀️
I've asked them to remove me from offers and I still get them.Today they emailed me as I sent email asking when or if I might get my withdraw.Here is thier answer.
In this case I will need you to wait until the 1 of October in order for the withdraw to be process if you don't receive any update please contact us back the 2 of October in order to escalate the case information.
