Doesnt smell good:I'm register since a couple of months and i finaly ask for two withdraws:$60.00 and $200.00 CAD.I knew from the beggining when they start to ask me for documents that i will have problems with them.They ask per exemple for my bank account number!!!No way in my whole life i'm gonna send these personals infos!They said that the documents taht i sended 2 times are not clear.Big lies,i double check before i send them the documents to make sure that they are ok.A complaint is coming.Very disapoint with this attitude....don't know how could they have such a high rate!!!

I make a complain days ago but i'm still waiting for an answer from your agent.If the casino offer the depot with Interact it means that they accept the TERMS of Interact wich mean thay they have to make my 2 whitdraws.When a make a depot,did they asked for proof of residence and a bank statement?No,so the have to pay.....When they accept the depot of full of difference methods,the casino(s)ask and want a proof of WHere the money come from?Of course not but they get rich without asking ANY PROOF for the depots that players make since years and years

The time Romi?Did you mention "THE TIME?" it's now more than two weeks that i start a complaint here an Nick didn't contact "King Billy" casino once!!!Sorry but it's a real joke!The casino approve all my documents but they don't want to pay me cause they want to see all my information on my bank account...the number from my bank account.Never in my whole life they will see this info!I ask for a first withdraw on september the 14 and another one on september the 16!It's now more than a month!They can't hold my money like this.As i license casino they can't do this and they have to pay.Can you confirm that a license casino are not allowed to do this?Withdraws will alway be the major problems with online casino,we can see it easily on lot's of comments here and elsewhere also on similar platform.


Another thing:I have an account with another online casino who is own by the same owner than "King Billy".We talk here of course of "Dama" .I don't have money anymore on this casino and i was on my way to make a depot.I really enjoy this huge casino and they ask me ZERO documents when times come to withdraw.24h hours and the money is in my account!I serioulsy think to close my account there because of the attitude of "King Billy".
