Vidim pritužbe o istom problemu povlačenja svaki dan, toliko mnogo igrača treba da uskoči da ljudi igrači dobiju svoj novac..nepravedno je da ih kazina ovako tretiraju....ko je odgovoran za sve ovo kazina

If they told you the same thing again, I don't think it's very meaningful. However, I think that such material would be useful if you use it in your open complaint. If necessary, of course. 

If you want you can describe in a few sentences the point of what they wrote.

Konačno su mi dali 500 evra....tek sad....vratili su 380 rekli su mi da je moja banka kriva...i ponovo sam tražio povlačenje......ovo je najnovije
