Žao mi je što se tako osećate u vezi sa našim kazinom i bilo bi nam tužno da vas vidimo kako odlazite, ali mi je više nego drago da prođem kroz detalje.
Neću odstupiti od onoga o čemu sam ranije govorio kada sam rekao da GDPR shvatamo ozbiljno, tako da su mi ruke malo vezane oko toga o čemu mogu da razgovaram sa vama ovde. Ono što nudim, međutim, umesto da se vrtim u krug je, uz vaš pristanak: pokazaću SVE informacije koje imamo o vašoj uplati, uključujući naš proces plaćanja (opet, osetljive informacije koje ne želim da otkrijem javno) Kazinu Guru tim – samo ovo bi pokazalo da naše osoblje nema kontrolu nad onim što igrač odabere, a mi onda možemo da radimo na rešenju odatle.

I am sorry that you feel that way about our casino and we would be sad to see you go, however I am more than happy to go through the details.
I won't diverge from what I discussed previously when I stated that we take GDPR seriously, so my hands are a little tied as to what I can discuss with you on here. What I am offering though instead of going round in circles is, with your consent: I will show ALL the information we have on your payment, including our payments process (again, sensitive information which I am not wishing to disclose publicly) to the Casino Guru team - this alone would show that our staff have no control over what is selected by the player, and we can then work towards a solution from there.
