I’m having the same experience with you , 9 days im waiting to get paid . My withdrawal is processed and their chat tells me that I need to wait to fix the problem they have with payments . I’m 2 years registered there with no problems . First time this problem and it seems concerning

I would like to report an issue I am experiencing with Leon Casino regarding a withdrawal I made on June 10th, 2025.


The withdrawal is marked as "processed" on the platform, but as of today (June 19th, 2025), the funds have not been credited to my bank account. I contacted customer support several times, and the only response I received was that there is a "general issue with the payment system." Unfortunately, no clear explanation or estimated timeframe was provided.


I would like to emphasize the following:


My account is fully verified.

This is the first time I have encountered any issue with this casino.

The responses from support were generic and vague, which only adds to my frustration.


I have been patient, but I now consider this delay to be unacceptable. I am requesting your assistance in helping resolve this matter and ensuring that the payment is completed as soon as possible.

Hi, according to what we can see, they wrote something similar to another player. So it's quite possible that they really have some problems, I just don't understand how the withdrawals can be marked as successful. I find that confusing and when they say they sent the money and then they have a problem with the payment provider, I don't really know what you think. 

Anyway, if the casino doesn't pay within 14 days, I would contact us and our complaint resolution center and we would try to help you.

Već nekoliko godina imam nalog u Leon kazinu i nikada nisam imao problema sa podizanjem novca. Juče sam podigao 10.000 evra (4x 2.500 evra) putem bankovnog transfera i sve sam dobio u roku od nekoliko sati.

Danas sam pokušao da podignem preostali iznos (13.000 evra) i način bankovnog transfera je potpuno nestao iz odeljka za podizanje. Korisnička podrška samo kaže da je u „održavanju" bez vremenskog ograničenja.


Depoziti su i dalje dostupni kao i obično, uključujući i putem Skrila, ali za isplatu putem Skrila traže da promenim imejl adresu jer se ona na mom Skril nalogu razlikuje od imejla registrovanog u kazinu - iako sam ranije uplaćivao novac putem Skrila bez ikakvih problema.


Pitam: da li je ovo normalno? Da li još nekome nije dostupan način plaćanja u Leonu? Da li je bezbedno promeniti imejl adresu ili postoji rizik od blokiranja isplata?
