HRONOLOGIJA DOGAĐAJA:
- Osvojio 17 000€ 7.2.2026.
- 15. februar 2026. 5 puta otkazano povlačenje 500€ kasnije: Moje povlačenje od 500€ je ponovo otkazano. Agent X me je obavestio da je „povlačenje otkazano jer je potrebna verifikacija vašeg igračkog naloga" i naložio mi da otpremim dokumenta preko odeljka za verifikaciju.
- 15. februar 2026: Odmah sam pokušao da otpremim dokumenta za verifikaciju, ali sam otkrio da odeljak za verifikaciju na mom nalogu prikazuje poruku: „Trenutno vaš nalog ne zahteva verifikaciju" sa statusom „Nije verifikovano!" — i NEMA opcije za otpremanje bilo kakvih dokumenata. Odmah sam prijavio ovaj problem.
- 15-17. februar 2026: Više puta sam kontaktirao tim za podršku putem više kanala: Razmena imejlova sa agentima: X, Y, Z, X2, Y2, Z2 i X3.
- TRI odvojene eskalacije ćaskanja uživo sa agentima: A, B i C
- Svaki agent je dao isti odgovor: „prosleđeno nadležnom odeljenju"
- Agent X je potvrdio u ćaskanju uživo da je blokada povlačenja „odluka administracije"
- NIJEDAN agent nije uspeo da reši problem ili da pruži tačan vremenski okvir
- 18. februar 2026: Posle 11 dana, moj saldo od 17.000 evra je i dalje potpuno nedostupan. Nijedan pokušaj podizanja sredstava nije obrađen.
SUŠTINSKI PROBLEM:
Platforma je stvorila kontradiktornu i nemoguću situaciju:
- zahtevaju verifikaciju da bi obradili povlačenja sredstava
- Ali stranica za verifikaciju eksplicitno navodi da moj nalog „ne zahteva verifikaciju" i ne pruža funkciju otpremanja dokumenata
- To znači da nisam u mogućnosti da ispunim zahtev, bez svoje krivice
- U međuvremenu, sva moja sredstva (17.000 evra) ostaju zamrznuta
Ovo nije tehnički kvar — ovo je sistemski kvar koji mi onemogućava pristup sopstvenim sredstvima, a istovremeno onemogućava ispunjavanje navedenih zahteva.
TIMELINE OF EVENTS:
- Winning 17 000€ on 7.2.2026
- February 15, 2026 5x cancelled 500€ withdrawals later: My withdrawal of €500 was once again cancelled. Agent X informed me that "withdrawal was cancelled because the verification of your gaming account is required" and instructed me to upload documents via the verification section.
- February 15, 2026: I immediately attempted to upload verification documents, but discovered that the Verification section of my account displays the message: "At the moment your account does not require Verification" with status "Not verified!" — and provides NO option to upload any documents whatsoever. I reported this issue immediately.
- February 15-17, 2026: I have contacted support team repeatedly through multiple channels: Email exchanges with agents: X, Y, Z, X2, Y2, Z2, and X3.
- THREE separate live chat escalations with agents: A, B, and C
- Every single agent has given the same response: "forwarded to the relevant department"
- Agent X confirmed on live chat that the withdrawal block is an "administration's decision"
- NO agent has been able to resolve the issue or provide a specific timeline
- February 18, 2026: After 11 days, my €17,000 balance remains completely inaccessible. Not a single withdrawal attempt has been processed.
THE CORE PROBLEM:
Platform has created a contradictory and impossible situation:
- they require verification to process withdrawals
- But Verification page explicitly states my account "does not require Verification" and provides NO document upload functionality
- This means I am unable to comply with requirement, through no fault of my own
- Meanwhile, all my funds (€17,000) remain frozen
This is not a technical glitch — this is a systemic failure that prevents me from accessing my own funds while simultaneously making compliance with stated requirements impossible.
