I really need to make sure this individuals will be be prevented to scam others.

Lots of us players do trust casino guru and their score judgment and I'm confident many will not sign in once they see that the casino is scored what they really are.

Hi Radka,

so far from my understanding the casino has made their decisions.

Will they come with new proves? Doubt against me as my proves of innocence are in the gameplay and you guys as the game provider checked it was me playing. Th casino lied saying i was  playing 16 hours straight without a second of a break in between the spins. Knowing very well they were lying, What really burns is they tried so hard to make me pass for the scammer and this i can't take it.

They will not reply , unless a miracle happens , i am leaving all the trust ii have left to casino guru to make sure at least that whoever will do check this casino out will be warned.

My mission unless i get pay is to raise awareness about this crypto swindlers.

It might be a new Netflix documentary... one thing i know for certain that they will not get unpunished one way or another.

Just saw another complaint here in casino guru about Ltc casino.

Same modum operandi.

Exploting players, refusing to close their accounts when they ask them to saying that they can't. They did the same to me!!

They can ban the ip as they banned mine!

I feel for the playwrs as he probably see the good reputation score here and played and got scammed too.


I really wonder when casino guru will change their score ,the casino has gone silent so not sure why after 2 months they case hasn't been closed as the more they wait the more they will scam people.

Precisely the same as most crypto casinos.


As for Casino scores on here, I really don’t know how they’re worked out. Since Gamdom holds a perfect reputation here, and a 2* on Trust Pilot - but so many issues with Gamdom that don’t make sense to score it so high - they don’t even publically discuss complaints;

Accounts aren’t even linked to a withdrawal address until you contact support for a first time withdrawal.

They alter casino games RTP AND Max win potential AFTER opening investigations and then cancelling wins! (14,900 X win denied on Lil Devil. Now they’ve capped the slot to a MAX 1,338 X win - The provider allows over 36,000 X wins!)


Avoid Scamdom/ Gamdom.


Casino scores should be based upon community reviews - or reviews should have a negative against a casino, until the casino argues against reviews.

The score given after my experience is really shocking, but what really upset me is that after over two month ltc casino still has a very good reputation score.

There is enough proves to put them on the rogue casino list, I even saw another complaint open a month ago.

They do have the same modum operadi, as I too asked them to block my account and they refused even when i told them they were exploting players they said they don't care, just don't play.

Yet they allowed multiple accounts. Proper predators . Once you win they block your account with this crazy t&c excuse of 3 months investigation.

Can u imagine every time a players wins the casino investigates for 3 months?

My case in shocking as even with the game operator checks they refused and they simply went silent.

Players reviews should be valued ,instead rogue casino as given a platform to scam people.


After 2 months and not evidence Ltc casino still has a good score.

Bitcointalk community after the casino show not evidence and not will to pay they community supported the red flag in order to protect other players from this ruthless people.

Im sorry for what happened to you, I know eaxcly how you are feeling and it feels many gambling forum stick with the casino and not the players.But without the player's there wouldn't be any business..


Players reviews should be valued much more than any new casino who probably pays to get some business sent.

I am still waiting for the score to be changed as I hold not hopes this casino will pays ,especially when the game provider comfirmed that they are scammers.


Evey week they are given an extra week with the casino being silent and not providing any shred of evidence.

we'd be delighted if we could rely on user reviews so heavily as you suggested.

The casino is two weeks that hasn't replied, total silence.

Why waiting? they are keeping scaming people, I saw yesterday they have another open complaint and they did eaxcly the same to me. They refused to close my account when I asked because is the way the operate. Only difference once I have won they stolen my deposits and my winnings.

How many more people needs to be scammed before this people gets stopped? every week they are given an extra week.

Do players really matters? Honestly! Without us players gambling industry won't exist and both players and gambling forums should work together to stop this sort of scammets.

They said they weren't going to pay, they refuse go give real evidence because they have nothing. They could have at least refund my deposits if they are not going to pay legittimate winnings.

Nope! They clearly don't care about their reputation as there is so many site lying about this casino reputation.

Only bitcointalk so far as blacklisted them but because the site in made by players .

This is so unfair that this casino can still operate without people being warned of who they really are.

I can assure you that this case won't remain open forever. There was a problem, because Andrej was sick and then he was sick again. That's the reason why dealing with the case takes longer than usual, but I asked the Complaints team to forward the case to another person which they already did.

I just saw casino guru has given Ltc casino another week!!

I have now lost total faith.

I would understand if the casino would have provided proves aganist me, anc im talking about real proves.


The casino has stated they won't pay and they fail to provide evidence.

Since they have refused to pay my winnings or even refused to refund my deposits as at this point I would have been happy to even wak out with my own deposits and cut my losses and learn to don't trust reviews but to trust only players reviews.

For me the case is close as they have refuse to pay me ,they lied publicly and casino guru comfirmed that my gameplay had healthy breaks.


If the casino has issues with the game provider should apologies to me and then state that my side is clean.

instead they lied about me and then attack the game provider.

If they can prove there is bugs in the slot which would have nothing to do with me it would have been another story as that would have been our of control.

But they came out with the bugs story only when there was not proves aganist me. And what this has to do with me?


If they had the decency of not lying about me it would have been different.


I'm innocent and I feel like I'm screaming in death ears.

In my eyes they stolen my deposits and my winnings.


I feel very upset the casino is still able to cheat people because at the end of the day people like me trust casino guru reviews and I feel rhe review is not true, they are not honest.

If they want to show their honesty they can pay or give real evidence and not fabricated lies.


If I was a cheated would I have gone through a this hell and back?

I can see that Matej didn't give them more time just because of no reason, but they asked him to finish their investigation. They had plenty of time to do it until now, that's clear, but I'd say this case is also special because of the high amount. It's more than clear that when the case will be closed as unresolved and the casino won't pay you or they don't come up with some new significant evidences, it will vastly damage their reputation and that's not what we want.

We still want to get this resolved fairly, because at the end of the day, decreasing the casino's rating won't bring you any of the winnings you got there.

We all know this casino won't pay they already stated it and dodnt care to provide any real evidence beside the lies that they wrote.

What i don't get is why jeopardising other players? Whoever will find ltc casino in your site will register as I did as your site generosly gave them such a good score.

Why? You want to be fair on the casino who for two months has only provided lies? where are the evidence ? Your site wants to be fair to the casino but clearly dosent care about the player's? or the people who will sign to this casino and get scammed?

You have another complaint about them in your site. And plenty of bad reviews.

Why Ltc casino has been given such a lovely treatment? I have not fear of them coming with evidence, impossibile as i didn't cheat.

You have seen my gameplay. They gave it to you . The game provider has made a statment. They have doubts about the game provider? Non of my problems who they pick. They want to be fair ? The can start to refund my deposits as it is clear i didn't cheat. If they for real believe there is a bug in the slot they shoudl first apologies to me because this has nothing to do with me.

But their behaviour and their lies can't convinced that they aren't scammers because I know I didn't cheat and so casino guru as u have seen my gameplay and what the casino said is not true.


Please dont be another of this forums that takes money to send traffic to this unlicensed casinos and doesn't care about the player's.

can I ask you who casino guru wants to be fair with if you are stating the casino will not paying?

I wouldn't have called them scammers if i was even 0.01% of chances of them paying me.

Unfortunately i know the truth as I know I didn't cheat, as i knew i took breaks while the casino was lying in forums saying i made spins with less than 1 second.

Thanks God casino guru had my gameplay and they could check their lies.

Also AndreY TTR the ceo of ltc casino has been lying in his chanel saying i opened 7-8 accounts.

i actually opened and played with 4 accounts they actually confirmed that here in casini guru anf bitcointalk.

Ocean affiliate head of management in Guard Dog lied again saying i have won 4 jackpots in a row!!!! Easy to lie without evidenced, but liers forgets their lies as ltc casino comfirmed here and bitcointalk that i have won 3 jackpots. what they failed to repory was one in jan and two last week of Feb. None of them was in a row as i played so many hours and so much money. But what they are actually dismissing above all is that i made well over 15k in deposits.

And here is where my rage can't find comfort. If i was a scammer and I had this magic bug or software would i squandered all this money?

I played 2 months is site and I took breaks between accounts ,the truth is all in my data that they carefully make sure they dont share it .

The game provider also passed for scammer for not lying and saybwhat ltc casino wanted them to say and looks like casino guru checks of my gameplay is not enough either .


Im sorry for writing long message but my Brain has gone in tilt as I feel the villain always wins.

Hi Daniel,


yesterday the time extended given to Ltc casino has expired egain.

Ltc casino was given time and time again extra time to show evidences to prove their open accusation aganist me and also the game provider as it was accused to have bugs in their slot.

A month ago they said that they went silent because they asked softswiss to make a third party investigation to see if the game provider wadzan slot had vulnerability as the ltc casino owner and representatives belives exist.

It is now 3 month that i uave won the money and the casino has kept my winnings and while they had plenty of time of investigating, beside unfounded accusations the casino has yet provided any shred of evidences and still nothing on the table from Softwiss either.


Yesterday their time has expired again and silence from Ltc casino.

Their 3 months t&c for investigating is now up.

Can you please check with MatteJ any updates?

From what ltc casino stated last he showed up in the complaint page they would have paid if not cheating was not occurred or malfunctions or vulnerability found.


Obviously one asks himself how long one has to give up and simply accept that the player has to paid if accusations can't real wirhout evidences?

i think i have been extremely patientice and it does look extremely suspicious that in 3 months frame the casino still not hasn't been able to provide evidences .


I would like to have an update for my complaint please as it is now unreasonable to drag this situation to infinity and behind.


I truly hope ar this round the casino will fuffill their promises or casino guru will act accordingly.

ltc casino 3 months investigation under their t&c has now ended.

I'm not sure why casino guru has given them 10 extra days, it became a patern than seems to have no end.

3 months is plenty of time for investigating, I understand is impossible to find something that didn't happened but at one point ltc casino must come clen and stop the excuses.

Are we even sure at this point softwiss is even involved in this investigation? it was over a month ago that they allengendely asked softswiss to get involved. Casino guru should pressure ltc casino to provide the findings of this investigation as their legal time is now expire.

I am afraid I find the whole thing suspicious and by now they should have provided some evidence.


They won't provide anything as there is not repercussion they still have good reputation casino in casino guru and they will probably gets extension time over and over.


I really thought last time was the last but I was wrong!


I truly hope other players will not find your reviews as they might find themselves in my situation. We do trust casino guru but at the moment I find it unsettling that after 3 months ltc casino is still given credit after their behaviour, especially because they are also acting in a really predatory ways aganist vulnerable players.


I have seen the other complaints that has been closed, they simply exploit players and in my case when the player wins they keep their money! So bad!
