Hello, I see you have a problem. 

I would like to start by asking you how long you have been waiting for a withdrawal. When you sent the information you were asked to provide, did you mean verification? How did it turn out, were you successful ? 

Let me know where you stand in your case.

I have not been waiting but unable to even request the withdrawal since December. I will attach a screen that was taken 2 nights ago.

i go to cashier complete all info to request a withdraw and hit the withdraw now. At that point a pop up appears that says internal denial. However to my surprise chat (Grace) responed to me and said she would try to help. But I am still unable to make the request. I will keep trying as long as I have am avenue left. I refuse to just let them steal from me.

You're welcome, I've seen that the casino didn't bother to resolve your situation with a complaint, so I'm curious if the chat will be able to help you to make a withdrawal and get your money. If you find out what they did or if you can enter your withdrawal again, let me know and we will have to wait whether it will be processed or not.

I just tried to request the withdrawal and received the same pop up when I attempted to submit the request. As far as chat is concerned she gave me the same exact answer as chat did 6 months ago. I think they have it written down starts with them say system is temporarily down etc etc So if you have anything up your sleeve I would appreciate anything you can so

I ve been waiting for 2 weeks. I could not contact anyone, no one answered my chat. I am really disappointed. I ve got $400 pending, and I could not cash out. Could not talk to anyone. Hi, if you've been waiting for two weeks and you haven't moved anywhere with your withdrawal, then I'd recommend filing a complaint. It's certainly not pleasant when you can't get any response and the casino ignores you and you have no concrete reason why this situation has arisen. 

According to the screenshot you posted I see that the withdrawal was canceled due to "external system validations", I would like to know what this means and what you should do in such a case. The casino should definitely answer this but probably won't. 

So if you click on this link, you can open a complaint here and our team will try to help you.

Have you verified your casino account or was it not necessary ?

It's probably wisest to file a complaint if you haven't gotten anywhere in two weeks and you're even verified. In cases like this, I would say that the casino should step in and explain what's going on, but the fact that they don't answer you at all doesn't add much to their credibility. 

So if by any chance something new comes up, definitely let me know.

Just so you are aware if you read this entire thread you will see they never even had the courtesy to respond to my complaint I went thur exactly what you did won $600 tried to withdraw max and the error msg came up I contacted support was told it was down but would be repaired soon After a cpl weeks the quit even responding or acknowledging my requests at chat

On the same subject my girlfriend has a withdrawal pending at two of the sister site for 6 months now The sites are New vegas and This is Vegas they did this different let her request a withdrawal the ceased all communication with her It was like she was a phantom and nothing she wrote was real So good luck to me if you are able to get any assistance lets me know pls In the mean time just spread the word and maybe poor reviews all saying the same thing may hit them in their wallet

At the top right you have a timer where it says how much time each side has to respond. It's always a week for everything that needs to be investigated, but we try to respond as soon as possible.

see my photo, the Miracle. I tried today, I placed the cash out, it went through. I was so surprise. I never thought I could never received that $400, could never place the cash out. Now I’m waiting if they will process it or not. Counting —- Thank you for the support. I will update.
